Negative points: The hospitality that workers give us up above and beyond very welcome in one of the reasons that we are coming back to the property is because of the hospitality from the people from the restaurant all the chefs, all concierge everybody there was extremely welcoming and went up above and beyond

Review: The location is wonderful with connecting door to the mall. nCheck-in process was swift, Anwar, the FO staff that assisted us was friendly and went the extra mile make sure we had a pleasant stay. The room was well located and easily accessed.nBreakfast was great, lots of food option. Inside the rooms were spacious and well designed, the amenities are great and room service orders was quick.
Positive points: Hotel location right about the best mall in Surabaya. Hotel staff were friendly. Rooms were big and we got a free upgrade. Beds and pillows were heaven.
