Review:
The rooms are a bit small but it's very modern, you can even switch to which type of light you want (incandescent or fluorescent lights)
The staff is sensible and friendly, i liked my stay here and that's why I booked it for a second time
Positive points: Very good location and comfortable bed.
Negative points: Staff was not very helpful and also not courteous. Hot water only came after a very long time and then was only lukewarm. I would expect something different from a "luxury" hotel. It was also very noisy.
Review: Can't complain for the cost range but cleanliness can be maintained in a better way there was a lot of dust in room and bed sheets were with some marks. Gave toiletries and stuff. Overall good budget option but need to improve on cleanliness.
Positive points:
The room was very comfortable and clean, plenty of hot water for showers.
Really good value for money.
Negative points: Could do with some tables and chairs out front.

Positive points: Great location, very close to the beach and around many restaurants, supermarkets and bars. Staff was very helpful, we had a small issue with our room, and they promptly moved us into a new one, even better than ours, without charging anything extra for this upgrade. Very cheap for what we got
Negative points: Please bear in mind that the standard room does not have windows. If that doesn’t bother you, then I would say that there are no negative points here.
Review: Have stayed 1 month and all well. The front dest servant, day time, named miss phuong anh is good. Professional polite competent. Good attitude. Hotel recommended.

Review: This hotel good. No problem. Staff servant behaviour and words proper, correct and well. The cleaning staff decent attitude. Just clean everyday. Good. This hotel recommended. In contrast to to many other hotels in danang, whos staff servant often bad attitude rude and or not professional or worse, this hotel well.

...someone entered my room while I was sleeping. I complained to the reception and they said it was a mistake by a guest -_-
It means the door access is able to open other room door? lol
Review: Located in a great location, close to the beach. Staff were nice. The room looked looked after however we found the beds to be extremely hard and uncomfortable. This was the only downside to this hotel.
Negative points: I don’t understand the high reviews for this place. My room didn’t have a window and the bathroom had mold in the walls. There is also a smoking area inside the hallway next to the elevator so the smell of the smoke came inside my room, which is disgusting when I don’t smoke and I don’t have a window to change the air. The ventilator was very loud and you could hear all the noise from he hallway during the night. Bed was very hard

Positive points:
The staff were very helpful and happy when we arrived. I asked if our room had a window which it didn't so we upgrade for a small fee to a room with window's.
The bed was clean & comfortable, the bathroom had a shower screen which was a nice to have, the shower was hot. There is also a lift.
Good location with plenty of shops snd restaurants close by and less than 10 minutes walk to the beach.
Very good value for money, we stayed an extra night.
