Review: The staff were not attentive or cheerful, and when renting the room through the app, they showed a very strange attitude. The room had a TV that didn't work, and the landline phone was also unusable it was only clean and spacious.

Review: The facilities are relatively good, but the service is not flexible. We checked in late around 4 PM, which was our fault. However, the next day we waited for the car to pick us up and requested the hotel to let us stay in the room for an additional 30 minutes, but the staff would not allow it. We understand the rule is to check out by 12 PM, but sometimes a little flexibility for guests is necessary. Thank you!
