Review: I booked a room a week in advance and made the payment, but when I arrived to check in, the owner said that the guests in that room requested to stay longer, so there was no room for me and they transferred me to a different branch. I didn't want to cause trouble, so I accepted it, but at the new branch, they assigned me a room that didn't match my booking criteria. I had booked a room with 2 large beds for 4 people and 1 room with 1 bed, but the staff said the room with 2 large beds was already reserved, and I was placed in a room with 1 large bed and 1 small bed. Since I had already paid, the hotel wouldn't reduce the price of the room. Since I was only staying for one night, I didn't want to make a fuss, so I let it go.

Review: I have lived in the city since I was little, and now that I have graduated, I work from morning till night. Sometimes I get a break, but it's hard to relax in bustling Saigon because of the fast-paced lifestyle. So I wanted to find a quiet and peaceful place, and Cao Lanh and Hoa Lan Hotel turned out to be the best choice I stumbled upon. It was really comfortable. The host was also very nice, even though I stayed a bit past the checkout time in the afternoon.
In terms of amenities, I would rate the hotel a 6 out of 10 because, for that price, you can't ask for much more. However, due to the hotel's great location—close to the market, hospital, not too far from the city center, peaceful and quiet—I would rate it a 10 out of 10 overall.

Review: The room is clean and relatively well-equipped for work. It is located near a main road for catching buses, so it's also convenient for getting around.

Review: When the hotel owner get know that I m the Agoda's customer, he gave me the room with no air conditioning, no TV, no towel, while I'd seen many of better rooms are available at that night.
I don't know why Agoda let their partners treat their customers that way.
I just stay there from 20:15 on 18 July then leave the hotel at 01:35 AM on 19 July since the crazy warm in that room.
I think Agoda should manage this case and return my money.
