5.2 Peppers Seminyak - EVELYN 01-04-2025

Review: Old and difficult to walk in/out - need to wait for buggy to send. We spotted 2 rats for all the 3 nites we were there at the dining area.

Positive points: location is good

Negative points: The rooms are big but not cozy. No chair in the room

Positive points: The staff were wonderful and the spa was amazing.

Negative points: The facility was really bad. Very old with no new updates. Urgently requires renovation or knock down. Kitchen appliances are also old and some were broken like the kettle. rnThe deck where the pool is, is unstable and creeks when you walk on it. rnI personally wouldn’t stay at pepper’s again unless they do a new renovation.

Review: It’s really convenient in Seminyak and close to the actions and lots of nice restaurants. However the bathtub had a rusty drain that we dare not to use. Other than that it’s fine

Review: Would absolutely recommend Peppers, the staff go above and beyond and the facilities are beautiful and spacious. nnOnly issue was that we didn't have hot water in 2 of the bathrooms for a couple of nights (not really an issue as it was room temp aka 30 degrees celsius)

Positive points: Villa was great. a bit of a walk to the Main Street but they have a buggy to take you there just not coming back. all the staff were amazing and they have a room for kids with staff to look after them which was great.

Positive points: Huge congratulations to this resort. It is exceptional in every way. Yes, the price is perhaps on the upper side, however for three couples in a 3 bed villa still fantastic value.

Positive points: The grounds were very nice and the staff were great. My friends and I rented a 3 bedroom villa for my birthday and it was amazing. Bluetooth speaker, large lounge, comfortable beds and the private pool was wonderful. They even gave me a little birthday cake! I took a tour early in the morning before breakfast but they packed up some pastries, fruit and a coffee for me (I had called to request the night before).

Negative points: I stayed in the master bedroom and the en-suite was great however I didn’t have hot water after the first day. We called to get it fixed and they came to fix it but the hot water didn’t come back.

Review: Enjoyed the 3 bedroom villa with private pool. Huge living/dining room & the swimming pool was of decent size. Ala carte breakfast was ok. Service by the hotel staff wasn’t consistent. Some of them lacked enthusiasm while the others were great and go all out to make our stay a pleasant one.
