Positive points: We really liked the accommodation, it was well located, the villa is beautiful and very well decorated, it has all the necessary utensils... the staff were always very helpful and kind... Being in Bali for the first time staying at this place was wonderful, it provided us with a unique and pleasant moment with our family, we were very happy with the accommodation, perfect location and excellent service...nEverything extremely new and always very clean.
Negative points: However, the accommodation left something to be desired in two aspects... the room with a suite cannot be considered a suite, because it is impossible to take a bath in the bathtub, as there is no shower, only a shower head that you have to hold with your hand to use. We had problems with the electricity every day, for a period of about two hours, always at the end of the day... making it impossible for us to take a shower and get ready to go out for dinner at 9pm.
