Review: Hotelnya bersih dan nyaman serta gampang akses mall
Positive points: The staff were nice and the food was delicious
Negative points: My stay was quite the experience. They were drilling from 11pm to 2am God knows where and they never told us during our check in. We couldn’t open the balcony door either - it was locked.

Review: Pentacity hotel is conveniently located within the BSB area. A buzzing place with Malls, entertainment, dining.
Positive points: Location very good. Below shopping mall. nn Swimming pool area very good at night time (turn into rest bar)
Negative points: Price little bit expensive compare to other hotel surrounding. nnBath room little bit small. Need to move around to get out from the bath room.

Negative points: The breakfast. Little space and people need to wait to get a table. They even have a reserved section tat people cant eat there. With no information how to reserved it. (first time I encountered reserved place at breakfast time )

Negative points: Compare to other hotel with same price around balikpapan.. value for money was not good..small room for 80$/night hotel.. only serve indonesian style breakfast that so salty..pastry was limited..waitress never offer me coffee for my 4 days stay..
Review: Overall Good
Negative points: Hotel location is nice and convenient, great place for family, and staffs were polite and friendly. However, when we supposed to check in by 2pm, till 4 pm we had not have our room on the date of arrival. In Family Room, at Small Pantry area, had a lot of ANTs as well as Main Room, at the coffee machine area. Someone had come to check the ants, but no action taken thus room still had a lot of ants, even though we did not bring any food to the room. Bathroom, showering area were not well covered, resulting water splashing out during shower, and causing floor wet and slippery. It was dangerous for kids and old people.
