Review: Lampu mati berulang kali, hidup mati hidup mati berulang-ulang. Pintu kamar rusak tidak bisa ke kunci otomatis. Kolam dingin tidak terisi.

Positive points: The hotel staff are very kind and helpful. The geothermal spa within the hotel is great to relax in after a day hiking. The room was really comfortable and clean.
Negative points: Wifi is not reliable but that is the only negative

Negative points: Shower crack but still usable & wifi so slow.
