受付のスタッフがとてもフレンドリーで対応が良かったです。

海の目の前ではないですが、海まですぐで、近くに飲食店やカフェも多く、ゆっくりダナンを楽しめました。

ホテルの一階にはレストラン・バーがあり、曜日によってはライブバンドで楽しませてくれます。夜8:30-10:30くらいです。

客層としては、8割欧米人という感じで、国際色豊かで海外に来た感があり良かったです。

設備もよく、海用タオルがバッグに入れて置いてあったり、靴についた砂を拭く布や、体重計までありました。

トイレとシャワーはほぼ一体化しているので、シャワー後はトイレの足元は水浸しになりますが(東南アジアでは当たり前ですが、日本から行くと慣れが必要)、思ったよりすぐ乾きます。また、トイレ入る時に備え付けのビーチサンダル履けば特に気になりません。

Positive points: I arrived feeling unwell, and the staff here really took care of me while I waited for my companions to arrive, with a place to rest before check-in as well as other nice offerings.

Review: It's amazing place to stay . In evening there is nice live music. Also the set up of the hotel is very attractive. It has nice cafe as well. Spa services are also decent if not great. Few type of rooms are bit small so need to take big rooms to have spacious feeling with ocean view.

Review: It was pleasant stay at pama hotel. Standard rooms are bit less spacious but ocean view rooms are spacious with nice views.

Positive points: The hotel was beyond excellent, especially for the price. The staff was super friendly, even the hotel dog. The food is diversed and delicious. The room has everything you can imagine, even towels for the beach. The towels are washed with softener so it has beautiful scent. The soap is orgganic or handmade. This is 4-star-service. The hotel is in the center of eveything and super near the beach. I recommend and I will come back every time I come to Da Nang. Best hotel I ever stayed in! Thank you for everything

Positive points: Really cool, eclectic vibe as you walk in and in the room. It was better than expected! Rooms were very clean and spacious. Good location, not too far from the beach and many places to eat around. Buffet breakfast was good ranging from Western to Vietnamese options. Would stay here again!

Review: Everything was great during our stay.
Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet had a good variety of food, room was well equipped.
Only thing to note, probably only applicable to the room we booked - the entire floor in bathroom would get wet every time we took a shower as the drain was behind the toilet. It wasn’t too much of a problem for us but might be inconvenient for some.

Positive points: Everything was 10/10, clean, good location and housekeeping is very efficient. The restaurant on the ground floor is good too

Review: Were all happy with our stay with Pama. Everything is well thought of. They have slippers, hair tie and clip, also a bag with beachtowels and hat. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Room is big for 4. Its quite cheap for 4 people as it also includes bfrwkfast

Review: Good walking distance to the beach but a bit far from the city centre to walk. The room has everything you need for a short stay. Breakfast buffet included in the price is a bonus. It would be great if the hotel staff can show guests local eateries, bus stations etc.

Positive points: rom the moment we arrived, we were struck by the hip and trendy design of the hotel. The attention to detail in the decor, from the lobby to the fully furnished rooms, made the entire place feel stylish and welcoming.
