Orbit Guesthouse (Foreigners only)

Review: location was extremely good and convenient, right next to subway and hongdae shopping stretch. downside was the quality of the room was very poor. my room was the bunk bed room in the basement, so i am unsure if the conditions are the same for the other rooms on higher levels. our room had no ceiling - which was very off putting as you'll be exposed to all the structural components and cement. the toilet was alright, just that the grout wasnt the cleanest and there were quite a few pipe flies. however, staff were friendly and price and location was good, hence if living in such conditions dont matter to you, i would still recommend this place.

Positive points: It is in a good location, easy access. and has a very communicative staff (through texts) although I never saw them. It was cleaned well, but is dated and has some mold stains. I did not smell any bad odors or mold though. I am incredibly sensitive to that, and I was ok. It has incredible water pressure, but could change temp a little with other units using the water.

Positive points: The proximity to shops and restaurants was good. Because it is close to bars, there are some loud noises at night. The ramen store across from it was very delicious.

Review: A unique experience of where everything is self done. It is right in the heart of Hongdae area so super convenient to everything! Outside might seem sketchy but the inside you get a single bedroom to yourself, not disturbed by others. It was a good experience!

Positive points: I liked that I felt safe in the property. Multiple locks to the entrance, floor, and then room. So when I left to eat I knew my belongings were secure. I liked that it was clean and that rules were very easily instructed and understandable. The person who helped me was very nice and helped with any questions I had. Bed was comfy, and shower was nice pressure. I also liked the price for 1 night. Considerably more affordable in comparison to the other hotels in the area.

Review: The room comes with its own bathroom, which was surprisingly spacious and bigger than expected. However, the ceiling looked a bit unfinished, and there might be some dust if you're sleeping on the top bunk. That said, for the price, it's a great deal. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the place is conveniently located near the famous Jayeondo salt bread shop and plenty of other stores—really handy!nn

Positive points: Close to tourist attractions, the beautiful decoration, the location is near tourist attractions, convenient transportation, staff. take good care of us Answer questions quickly, have complete centralized equipment provide fast and good support.

Review: Nice place to stay. Near with subway & buses. Easy access to incheon airport. nnBut the minus is toilet no bidet.

Positive points: Location is great and is around 5 minutes walk from Hongik metro station. The beds are comfortable.

Review: Close to Hongik station exit 3, in a beautiful & cozy area called Yeonnamdong. Clean room and good price. The staff response quite fast, very kind & helpful. No lift but stair is wide and not difficult to walk. Salted Bread shop just right in front of the place. nI love everything here BUT !!! nOn the 3rd night, someone put the passcode and try to get it to our room! I & my friend were shocked and lucky that we were in the proper dress. The staff gave my room no. & passcode to that person, so she was shocked too. The staff apologized many times for the situation, I understand that error can be happened but I don't ok because it related to security concern.

Positive points: Very accommodating and provides good service. We really had a good stay here since our first day until our last. Will definitely go back here if we ever visit korea again 🫶☺️

Review: We stayed for a short time only but i was amazed to the interior and cleanliness of the room. My favorite part is the pink theme and big mirrors! 💕

Positive points: The location was 10/10. Just off the main road by Hongik univ metro station so it was quiet at night but only a literal 1 minute walk to access to hustle and bustle so it was perfect. nnThe room was small but very adequate for our needs. The beds were comfy, the aircon a much needed reprieve from the heat, and there was even space for a nice vanity table and fridge! nnThe bathroom was very big which I appreciated as with wet rooms, I like the toilets to be far from the shower if possible! nnWe never met any employee face to face but they were very responsive and helpful on kakao talk 😊
