Review: Villas are located inside the compound of another The View Residence, had a little difficulty finding the place. Location near the main road, laundry place (Sung Laundry) within 5min walk. Staff is very responsive via Whatsapp (9am-10pm). Pool can be cleaner, might need to request for a clean up before using. Will recommend.
Review: Amazing place. Lovely staff. The bathroom had a smell and the outside area was really hot but overall good value for your money
Review: Everything was perfect. Just a little reminder that pool is a bit dangerous for toddlers since it is almost inside kitchen. You never ever cannot leave the kids unattended.

Review: Hard to find as you have to go thru some narrow lanes but once you find easy to get in/out. Staff were great but we had to ask them to clean the room to a reasonable standard but the in villa plunge pool, open kitchen and large rooms were good. For the price in Ulu good value.

Positive points: The big bedroom and bathroom was wonderful. There was a mix of short term accommodation and long term residence. Felt safe and was quiet. Staff were super helpful.
Negative points: To be honest it all is a bit old and dated, needs an overhaul. However for the price we paid it had everything we needed.

Positive points: Good location, everything is close. Closed territory with security. Friendly staff.
Negative points: Dark villas, no sun and wind. Everywhere is damp, mold. Clean up once every 3 days because of this garbage stinks, insects come running. There are noisy construction works nearby. The pool in the villa is very shallow.
