Positive points: beds were very comfortable, apartment was very clean, location was great

Negative points: sofa was very uncomfortable, springs can be felt in cushions.

Positive points: The experience of staying at this establishment was exceptional. The accommodations were immaculate, the proprietor was accommodating and professional, the photographs accurately depicted the room we occupied, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable. It was challenging to leave the apartment and get up from the bed due to the superior quality of all aspects of our stay.

Negative points: The only aspect that did not meet my expectations, unrelated to the room itself, was the occasional delay in elevator service. Given the building's popularity among tourists and the limited number of elevators (three) serving over thirty floors, waiting times can be longer than desired. I experienced this inconvenience when ordering delivery, as the delivery driver had to wait ten minutes for me to descend to the ground floor to retrieve the order. Additionally, I encountered a further delay of approximately twenty to thirty minutes while waiting for two groups of passengers before gaining access to an elevator to return to my room.

Positive points: Everything about the apartment was amazing. It was completely luxurious. The host was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Would recommend the place to anybody who would visit Danang. The photos are an understatement of how the place actually looks. The view from the balcony was spectacular.

Review: Thích riêng tư thì ở đây là hợp lí. Phù hợp ngồi nhà gọi đồ ship từ trung tâm sang.
bãi biển cũng ko có tiện ích, muốn có tiện ích phải đi khá xa.

Positive points: Location was great, Da Nang is a beautiful city. Accomodation is very spacious, and beds super comfortable.

Host was good with communication, toiletries good quality. Pool is incredible.

Negative points: Service never gave us the right number of towels, and never a full set (bathmat, hand towel and washer). Televisions didn't work (Netflix personal account access only). Kitchen is not well equipped at all.

Very unhappy that our only option for payment was cash. This needs to be disclosed at the time of booking.

Also, this place is next door to the Four Point Resort. Not part of it.

Review: Lựa chọn tốt hơn nhiều so với khách sạn. Cùng một tòa nhà nhưng có 2 phòng ngủ, 2 phòng tắm với phòng khách và nhà bếp. Nhân viên rất tuyệt vời và hỗ trợ rất nhiều với bất cứ điều gì bạn cần. Sẽ luôn ở đây khi đến Đà Nẵng lần nữa.

Positive points: Ocean View Home was amazing! We saw beautiful views of the ocean and the apartment was very comfortable and affordable. The hostresss was so nice and lovely. Highly recommend for the next return.

Positive points: Close to the beach

Negative points: Kitchen equipment very poor. No drinkable water, no coffee, no tea. Cutlery, knives, plates very limited. No wine glasses, etc. No detergent, cloth to wash dishes. Basically empty kitchen. Kettles didn't work. Location just by the beach but the beach was just empty. No bars no umbrellas etc. Better location to be 300-400m south or north from that place.

Positive points: Phòng nghỉ tiện nghi như gia đình, rất thích có máy giặt và sấy

Negative points: Thang máy giờ cao điểm chờ lâu. Cửa phòng vênh nên đóng cửa rất ồn ào.

Positive points: Căn hộ rất rộng, giường lớn, cực kì thoải mái cho gia đình. Đồ dùng tiện nghi, mới, rất đầy đủ, sạch sẽ. Giá cả rất tốt so với chất lượng.
Nếu có nhu cầu nấu nướng nhiều bạn nên liên hệ trước với chủ nhà và đưa ra yêu cầu về dụng cụ cụ thể để chủ nhà hỗ trợ do dụng cụ nấu nướng mỗi căn khác nhau.
Chủ nhà hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình, dễ thương. Hỗ trợ checkin sớm nếu có phòng.
Bể bơi sạch sẽ

Negative points: Mặc dù vị trí khá gần biển nhưng phải đi qua 1 bãi đất mới tới biển, hy vọng thời gian tới bãi đất này được cải tạo sẽ thuận tiện đi ra biển hơn
Giá gửi xe trong toà nhà khá đắt. 20k/ lần lấy xe. 40k cả ngày. Nên liên hệ trước bạn chủ nhà để hỏi thông tin.
Một số tivi không bắt được kênh. Tuy nhiên khi nhờ hỗ trợ thì có kĩ thuật lên xử lý ngay
