Positive points: Nothing to like , a lot of horrible experiences

Review: I have nothing to complain about. My stay was nothing short of amazing!

Positive points: We booked the larger rooms (around 54 sqm) as we stayed for 1 week in Seoul and we wanted to enjoy the extra space. The hotel has a beautiful gym and amenities and its location is great as it 2 mins walk to the metro station, the airport shuttle drop off and pick up is 1 min walk away, there is the dundun shopping mall just 4 min walk and multiple convenient stores/starbucks around it. The room as its like a studio it has a kitchenette that can even cater cooking and it offers all needed cooking appliances and cutlery (of course you will need to get your own ingredients). Lastly, as many properties in Asia the hotel is offering a washing and dryer machine inside the room with detergent provided which is extremely handy!

Review: Best facilities I’ve had in a hotel in a while. The gym was the best hotel gym I’ve ever been to, perfect for a morning workout before exploring the city. The location was great, close to transport and many sights are walking distance (20-40min walk). The room facilities were fantastic as well and friendly staff.

Positive points: Bar and restaurant on property, indoor pool, outdoor pool

Positive points: This is a nice hotel. The staff speaks English. We had a room on the 7th floor with a window view of the city. The hotel has a swimming pool and jacuzzi, we really liked it there (but don't forget to take a swimming cap, you have to wear it in the pool).

Review: Very spacious room, perfect for families. Good choice for long stays as there is a washing machine & small kitchen.

Positive points: The location was ideal, just minutes away from shopping area and subway station. There was also a kids zone, which is ideal for families.

Review: Good location and value for money

Positive points: I booked an extra night at this hotel to join a group tour already staying here. Honestly, I was shocked it has a 5-star rating—it fell far below expectations in almost every aspect.nnMy room was not clean. The towels were old and worn out, and the bed cushions had an unpleasant odor. What was especially disturbing was the condition of the toilet remote—it was visibly dirty, which made me question the overall hygiene standards of the hotel.nnBreakfast was another low point. It was extremely crowded with little organization, and hygiene was a concern as the food was exposed to constant handling and potential contamination. There was only one working coffee machine, causing long queues every morning.nnI also had to carry my luggage to the room myself with no assistance, which is not what you expect from a hotel claiming to be five-star.nnOverall, this hotel did not meet basic standards for cleanliness, comfort, or service. I would not stay here again.

Review: The location and convenience is unbeatable. That’s why we choose to stay the 2nd time , however I think the hotel facilities nothing compared to what we get last year while we were there. The washer and dryer is one of the main reason we stayed there but the dryer need to dry at least 6 hours before it’s totally dry and it’s not even a big load. nThe water in the kitchenette sink was stuck too and doesn’t flow until I lift up the strainer. nFor the price of this hotel, I probably would stay at another hotel with better facilities

Positive points: It was very clean, the room was very spacious and comfy, the staff was very polite, it is worth renting.

Review: The hotel is modern, clean and in good condition. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent! Only interesting point is check-in is at 20/F 😂

Positive points: Location was amazing. Near to metro. Very nice halal kebab shop near and APM mall was a blessing.

Review: We stayed here for 4 nights with my 20 month old toddler. They were able to accomodate us with a cot and baby bath tub. We stayed at the residence side of the hotel which meant we had access to a microwave and washing machine/dryer facilities which was convenient. It’s conveniently located about 5mins away from the DDP. Plenty of food and bev options within 10mins walking distance.

Positive points: It is very clean and the staff very nice and kind. Also the gym area, restaurant and bar area very quiet and comfy. Special thanks to Mr.Liam for his support and kindness.
