Review: The hotel room is spacious and it is clean, and hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Short walk to the subway too

Positive points: Breakfast selection was good. Bed and pillows were really comfy. Bathroom was a decent size (my son had so much fun at the tub). Hotel location a major plus since it’s in a quiet neighborhood but quite near Myeongdong shopping street, lots of restaurants, and the subway. Oh, we also had a view of the Namsan Seoul tower from our room, and it was rather nice. 😍

Review: A great hotel at the convenience of many amenities around. Walking distance to Myeongdong Shopping Street. Very nice and clean room.

Positive points: Location was perfect. It was a short walk to the busy Myeongdong area. There were lot of food options around the neighborhood. We loved our stay in this hotel. 😍

Review: Buffet breakfast was nice with sufficient spread. Good laundrymat service. Gym was very basic. The walk to main myeongdong street took about 10 mins. The family room was clean, and sufficiently spacious, comfortable for our family.

Positive points: Exterior of the building looked nice. There was a convenient store on the first floor

Review: Location was great, near myeongdong but not right smack in the middle where it's a little noisy and crowded. nRooms were clean and spacious.nBathroom was also spacious.nnAppreciated the gym and coin operated laundry room.nnThe only con is that the elevators were not enough to handle morning crowd.

Positive points: Comfortable beds. Pretty decent space to ope up luggage, unlike other places I’ve stayed. Would return again.

Review: New and clean hotel with housekeeping doing a thorough clean up daily. Not inside Myeongdong main busy street, it’s about 15 mins walk.

Positive points: The front desk staff we encountered during our stay were very friendly, helpful and patient. The bed was super comfortable and the shower head water presser was amazing.

Review: Had a pleasant stay at Nine Tree 2. Check in and out process was fast and staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Good location although it is a bit of a walk to the subway station. But if the weather is good it’s a pleasant walk.

Review: Nice hotel but slight walk to myeondong the other nine trees is nearer

Positive points: Comfortable beds and clean spacious room. Instant coffee was pretty good. Generous supply of bottled water. Minor thing but the lights in the foyer / sink area are an unflattering Kelvin- not the daylight range and too fluorescent. Also no small magnifying makeup mirror.

Review: Hv nice facilities like washing machine n gym . Need walk about 10 mins to main shopping area . Abit quiet to walk back to hotel if shop till late especially for ladies

Positive points: The hotel was close to Myeongdong shopping street but located at the fringe away from the noise and crowds. Comfortable room with space for large open luggage. Water refills and steam iron at pantry area on every floor.

Review: We had booked this hotel for 7 nights, but the service was pathetic! The staff behaviour especially the kitchen was rude, firstly very limited items on breakfast menu, secondly we asked omlette on egg station and they denied that we can only provide half fried egg and anything else is against our policy. The kitchen management was extremely rude. nMoreover, as we were staying with a toddler and infant, one of the nights i requested for a simple spoon either disposable or non disposable but the staff on reception denied by saying sorry, its not our policy to provide any kind of cutlery. I am completely devastated that this is the service they provide their guests, i strongly recommend against this hotel services!
