Review: I want to file a complaint regarding this case. When the customer checked in, the hotel reported that there were no available rooms and said they did not receive any information from Agoda. After checking the bill had been paid, the receptionist led the customer to a room on the 5th floor that was under renovation and had no lights, so the customer refused to stay there because it did not meet the request for a room with two single beds. Now I have booked another hotel for the customer and would like to request a refund from Agoda since the hotel and Agoda did not provide the correct service.
