Review: All good. Very quiet, Internet good, easy location, very nice staff, would stay again

Positive points: Beds were very comfortable (not hard!). Nice hot shower.

Review: I’ve rented rooms monthly as well as a few days at a time the last few years. I appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, the fairly quiet and convenient location too. There’s a tiny bit of inherent wear in some rooms but overall it’s one of my ‘go to’ hotels in this area of Da Nang.

Positive points: A very comfortable bed, good shower. The girl at reception was helpful with the explanation how to get to Hoi An. Overall, good for the price.

Review: Quite cheap room. Near city center and beach. Friendly staff. Okay wifi.

Comfy bed, but not the cleanest room. Coackroach in bathroom. Many strands of hair (on the floor, toilet and bed).

Positive points: new big and bright rooms, a quiet location where motorbikes and road noise don't disturb your sleep in the morning.

Review: Pokój bardzo przyjemny i czysty, ale zapach, a raczej smród, jaki się unosi totalnie odstrasza, jakby grzybem. Pomimo tego, jest w dobrej lokalizacji pomiędzy plażą, a dragon bridge i też nieco schowany od głównej ulicy co jest dodatkowym atutem.

Positive points: Property was in a fairly good location close to both the beach and tourist areas like the Dragon bridge (10-15 minute walk to either).
Staff were very friendly and helpful and were always there to say hello and check if I needed anything. Happy to recommend the hotel as I would stay there again if I come back to Da Nang

Review: Very thin walls, you can literally hear everything. People smoking on the corridors and the smell leaks into the rooms. The staff even called me a day before my check out to leave my room. Not recommended.

Review: Stayed here 1 month, rooms are functional great, apartments even better. Staff always kind, helpful. Location is near good & inexpensive restaurants (ie. Korean, indian, fresh seafood, kindergarten, cafes, fruit & fish market), 15 min walk to beach. Nearby motorbike rental with new models with good prices.

Positive points: Welcoming staff and a great budget hotel. Hot water, AC, fridge worked perfectly and the location was ok, 10min to the beach and 20 to the Dragon Bridge.

Review: staff of hotel were great, but the room was a bit dirty upon check-in (i had a late booking so I guess they didn't have time to clean the room fully before I got there). It was exceptionally inexpensive, so hard to complain. After second night, they took off the (dirty) bedding off of one of the two beds and didn't remake the bed for some reason? anyways, again, value for money here is good, staff is great, friendly, and helpful, but don't expect the world for the price! Overall fine.

Positive points: Room was just perfect, very clean and quite new. Bad was very comfortable. The lady at the reception was really nice, she helped us with taxis to the golden bridge and with everything else we needed. Location is very good, just 5 min to the dragon bridge.
