Positive points: Great customer service from Mya (My), always just a call away if we need anything, always check up with us every morning for our car hire. Rooftop also has a bar & a swimming pool with great food.

Review: Property is relatively new. 3 operating elevators. Wide corridors, clean rooms with sufficient amenities. Polite staff. Only negative was very strong perfume used in lobby area which is over-powering.

Positive points: Very clean and nice and amenities! Rose was very helpful . I spent my birthday and they were so sweet to give me a cake ! 🥰

Positive points: I recently celebrated my 13th wedding anniversary at New Orient Hotel Da Nang, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. When we arrived, the staff made us feel special and welcomed.

To our surprise and delight, they had beautifully decorated our room with romantic touches that truly set the mood for our celebration. As if that wasn’t enough, they went above and beyond by gifting us a delicious anniversary cake, which was both thoughtful and delightful.

The attention to detail, the warm hospitality, and the effort they put into making our day memorable left us on cloud nine. I highly recommend New Orient Hotel Da Nang to anyone looking for an exceptional and personalized stay.

Review: The hotel is clean and tidy. Although it's a bit far from the beach, the price is relatively affordable. The breakfast is abundant, offering great value for money. Additionally, there is a Michelin-certified restaurant just a five-minute walk away.

Positive points: Great location, kind and helpful staff. Beautiful pool area and very clean rooms. We had a 3 night stay and the staff came to clean our rooms frequently. The receptionist are very helpful. We had a great stay.

Review: Booked the hotel based on the positive reviews. I've to say it exceeded my expectations. The room was well maintained and spacious for the price. Just as importantly the staff were warm and friendly. Special mention for Johnny who works as the concierge outgoing, cheerful and very helpful. I will certainly consider staying at the New Orient Hotel in the future.

Positive points: The restaurant is amazing. Beautifully set up and staff give fantastic service. The spa is very professional and clean. The rooms are up market. Very large bed.

Review: This hotel on river in Da Nang is in an ideal location. Its new, beautifully laid out and the rooms have a real wow factor. Even more importantly the beds are the most comfortable I have slept in, in years.
The restaurant has a glass floor which is pretty spectacular and breakfast caters for all.
The most important factor are the staff and they are hugely impressive, professional and incredibly friendly and helpful. Particular credit to Johnny who is the concierge and Wendy at reception who are extraordinary..johnny in particular is a fountain of knowledge and so helpful.

Altogether faultless.

Positive points: Lovely hotel, International class. Great food and service on the Gypsy Restaurant. Friendly staff. We had a king size bed- wonderful room, very comfortable bed. Great and clean bathroom. Hotel has a great pool, bars as well as a very exklusive Nightclub next door.
