9.0 Convenient and comfortable stay for long term stay. - mincyoo 09-10-2024

Positive points: Location! Walking distance to Namdaemun Market, MyungDong, and Seoul Station. Very convenient to travel about, for we took several trips to other parts of Korea such as taking bus to SuWon Incheon, KTX to Busan flew to Jeju as well as meeting DongBaek Tours at the Seoul Station. Also the building is very close to subway and bus stops.rnAmenities! We were very impressed with the kitchen amenities even though we didn't cook. Also the laundry facility was key to staying for 3 weeks during hot and muggy weather. The host also kidnly arranged for us taxi from and to the ICN which was very helpful. Overall a wonderful place for 4 of us old foggies who were unfamiliar with the modern Korea.

Negative points: The second bathroom is more like quarter to half bath and should be noted such. We were grateful to have a second toilet and sink, but took showers in the main bath. rnAs indicated, one would have to walk up and down the 5 flight of stairs which is great for exercise, but it was tough after a long day.

7.6 All good except no lift - Fatin 30-04-2019

Review: Amazingly all basic need for travelling provided.. can cook, have wifi, shower, towel, shampoo.. but small stairway (no lift) to level 3. A bit hard to find the properties at first, but then easy access once you knew the location.
