Review: You literally have to jump over the toilet seat to you bathroom.
Negative points: It is no longer five star
Review: The interior of the hotel exudes classiness and elegance. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.
Positive points: Very comfortable and chic hotel in a mostly central location in Seoul! Staff was very kind and helpful without being overbearing. Liked the basement arcade that has a bodega and some shops. Nice rooftop bar, restaurant options and outdoor pool.
Negative points: It was somewhat unclear where the lobby was upon arrival (it's on the 2nd floor). I found the amenities a bit confusing, there is a gym that offers complimentary use of the equipment room and the swimming pool, but the sauna, golf simulator and outdoor pool are not complimentary. There is also something slightly off about the elevators, they are very slow and sometimes don't immediately take you to the floor.
Review: My husband and I loved everything about our stay. Beautiful hotel and our continental breakfast was delicious and just right.
Positive points: Water fountain at the room was practical.
Negative points: I had to share a Twin room with a colleague but a separate dressing area is missing and so an intimacy is not respected. A Twin room can be good for a couple not for colleagues or even friends.
Positive points: Loved the gym facilities with sauna. Enjoyed that there was a coffee shop on the premises as well as several restaurants.
Negative points: Not much.

Negative points: The breakfast has very little options for western travelers.

Positive points: The hotel itself is fabulous! The aesthetic is amazing. The food was great!
Negative points: No face cloths to wash up with,Ac shut off during the night and all the restaurants in the hotel closing early or not open at all.
Positive points: We did not eat the breakfast in the hotel restaurant except for the first day when we ordered toast and coffee (we did not want the buffet). We were shocked at the price which was about $30 Canadian each! For the other days, we ate at the coffee shop on the main floor which was more reasonable.rnWe loved the bath amenities, especially the body lotion - thank you so much!
Negative points: It was not easy to access the rooftop bar as only one elevator seemed to take you there and it often was not working.
Review: This is absolutely best hotel so far. Staff are very helpful. Bed is comfy. nnCons. There is no air con in winter (March) but you can open the window. When I was there temp was around 23C-15C. It is quite hot to stay in the room without air flow. Eventually air con was open on last night.
Positive points: The rooms are amazing and have a great view. The facilities in general and numerous and you can do quite a lot of things during your stay.
Negative points: I think we already have high standards, but I personally didn’t enjoy the breakfast too much. It was surely ok but not just on par with other 5-star hotels in Seoul.
Review: Super helpful staff. Located in a quiet residential area. Premium hotel nnRooms could have been slightly bigger.
Positive points: Friendly staff, good location. While breakfast was more expensive than what we would be prepared to pay each day, we did have it on the day of our departure and it was very good.
Negative points: Room was small for 2 adults + I child, bathroom was very small
Review: Place is near bus stop. Very accommodating hotel staffs too!
