Minasi Premium Hotel

Review: Older facility which was built with low quality materials to begin with. Broken window mechanics mean you hear everything from the noisy street. Imitation marble, artificial leather, everything looks high quality on photos but is cheap plastic in real life. Overpriced small room. Friendly reception and breakfast staff nevertheless. Hanoi hotel management should go to Hoi An and learn the profession.

Positive points: Location, location, location! Quenny & Magnus checked me in & even provided a complementary room upgrade. Quenny again greeted me with her warm sincere smile and gracious help the following morning & Joyce welcomed me back that evening as if I was an old family friend, giving me a complete description of the weekend’s special offerings/events). Operation Mgr Matt runs a clean facility with obliging staff. Without exception, Minasi Premium Hotel (I can’t speak to the hotels’ other lodgings) offered incredible hospitality and special personal touches that made me feel very welcome. Delicious buffet breakfast spread was included, where I could eat at my leisure while enjoying an incredible view. Room was simple and attractive and pillows/bed were very comfortable. Great hot water & water pressure. Every request/inquiry was promptly addressed, and if infectiously happy staff is an indicator of a hotel’s success, I would say Minasi is as good as it gets (I’m staying in another ‘fancier’ lodging tomorrow, but wish the group I’m meeting would instead consider Minasi Premium.)

Review: As a couple, we stayed for 3 nights in this Hotel. It was a pleasant stay. The staff is extremely courteous and professional taking good care of guests. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to all the places of tourist attractions. The options for Indian vegetarian food are not much in the breakfast which is the only flip side of the Hotel.

Positive points: The shower was great, and the location was very convenient. We only stayed one night but we have no regrets. It was a relaxing space.

Positive points: The property is very clean and aircon is working well. I like also the staff who are all very friendly and helpful. Show concern specially when we can't find bookworm store they encourage us that the store is near and we were able to find the store.

Review: Delicious and complete breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. Convenient hotel location, easy access to nearby places, with many good restaurants around. Professional, friendly staff, attentive and helpful. A wonderful experience.

Positive points: We liked: location, quietness in the room, room was clean, breakfast was great.

Positive points: More eating and entertainment options are available in this location. The room was clean, and the bathtub provided us with a relaxing experience. Breakfast was satisfactory. Staff member Ly assisted me with refunding money after I transferred it 10 times by mistake.

Review: The place is generally okay and some staffs are friendly like Matt, Quenny and her partner I forgot the name of other guy. But others are not that we request for bottle of water and they always make us feel like we need to explain why we need it and up to our last check out time they didn't gave us water for drinking.

Positive points: Hotel looks new and is centrally located. Comfy bed in double bed room. Many restaurants and cafe nearby.

Review: The parking lot is too far from the hotel. Added water and munchies aren’t served and facilities are quite spare.

Positive points: The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast provided a variety of foods of very good quality. The bed was very comfortable. This hotel is not in the centre of the Old Quarter, which makes it quieter. It was easy to walk to everything.

Review: Not a bad experience at this hotel though breakfast is limited

Positive points: -Price: Not too expensiven-Location : Not too near to tourist destinations thus it is very quiet. Everything you need is within 1 km radiusn-Staffs: Accommodating and very nice.
