Review: Lots of restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance

Positive points: Close to Hongdae station with lots of restaurants and shops around the area. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful, kind, and caring. They provide welcome drinks (water, sprite, and coca cola)

Positive points: Overall atmosphere is good especially staff and location.
Negative points: I dont like layout of the room. Because when I dress up after shower, I have to stand outside and have to light up, so the light and sound will disturb another one who still sleep. And one more the space of the room is not enough. It cannt open the lugguge for 2 persons.

Positive points: Great location, early checking in, nice staff, comfy bed and sufficient pillow, adjacent room with friend’s upon requested.
Negative points: The intense perfume used in the lobby area is very strong let alone the choice of perfume

Positive points: The property was clean and the location relative to my itinerary was excellent. Also, the staff was friendly and did their best to assist me when needed despite our differences in language.
Negative points: There's not much I didn't like about the property. Anything I comment would be nitpicking.
Review: Friendly and helpful staff
Positive points: You can’t beat the location. All the shops, restaurants, train stations are within a short walking distance. Their comfortable bed and blackout curtains made for a restful stay. Shower was clean. Staff were friendly. Checkin and checkout process was very quick and easy. There is also a small gym with a couple treadmills and dumbbells. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the future.
Negative points: Coffee was good. Breakfast was just okay.

Positive points: Location was perfect for enjoying nightlife in Hongdae. Staff were very awesome and were very helpful in making sure we were taken care of. I will absolutely be staying anytime I want to visit Seoul. Highly recommend.
Review: Convenient and clean. Very happy with the stay!
Positive points: We got to check in early, which was a pleasant surprise for us. The staff spoke English well, which made things easier (after coming from Sokcho). The sink, toilet and shower areas were all separated, which we appreciated. Overall, room was very comfortable and location was great.
Negative points: There was some loud sound coming from the shower drain the first night, which startled us from our sleep. We called for help, but there was no more sound by the time the maintenance guy came, and he explained it was due to water pressure. The sound came back again the second night, but we let it be until it went away. In hindsight, we should have requested to change rooms. The remote for the toilet bidet functions also didn't seem to be working very well...

Positive points: The location was convenient if you are looking to be in this area. The hotel was easy to find and navigate. Even though it was on a busy street, the hotel was quiet in the rooms. One night there were dancers performing nearby, but closing the window kept the music out. The gentleman who checked us in was super nice and helpful as well. It was also convenient to have the toilet, shower, and sink area all separated. I think this hotel was a pretty good value for the price.
Negative points: Rooms are pretty tight, but my friend and I each got our own rooms, so it was perfect for us.
