Good for one night!
We had a cockroach in our room and after few minutes the shower got cold
Positive points: Slight off centre location so bit more quiet. Slight miscommunication with the owner because we did last minute booking but the dinner was ok and also the room.
Negative points: No breakfast option
Review: We had a nice and confortable double room upstairs with some cosy decoration. We really enjoyed our stay in that place because, not like other homestay we did, we had the feeling to be at home. The room and the (shared) bathroom were clean and note very busy. We recommend!
Positive points: Good value for money. Good location. Perfect for a stop on the loop
Negative points: Remains very basic, hard mattress (like everywhere in cheap hotels in Vietnam)

Positive points: The owner is a very nice lady. The property is a bit old and tired but it does its job very well. We were the only guests, so it was very quiet. The room was simple but clean. The shared toilet and shower is also very clean, hot water and good pressure. Ok place if you need cheap accommodation on the loop.
Negative points: Expensive breakfast and dinner on site, it's much easier and cheaper to eat outside.

Positive points: The host helped us a lot, cooked very well breakfast and dinner. The beds were comfortable.
Negative points: We were on floor 4 so the power of the shower was a little low.
