Mekong Rustic Cai Be

Positive points: To start the property was a gem of a place, it was truly a rustic yet sophisticated homestay. Beautifully decorated for Tet and surrounded by trees and gardens, it was a really relaxing and comfortable place to unwind. We had stayed in a bungalow, which had everything you needed, mosquito net, aircon, comfortable beds, and a very rustic and cool bathroom/shower area. The bungalow came with a small porch out front, which was nice to hang out and have a drink, either in the morning or evening. The staff was really attentive and exceeded our expectations, and the host was welcoming with a great personality. She helped organize a tour for us that ended up being a highlight of the trip. Ask for Nhan Dinh, one of the best tour guides I've had in a while, really attentive and spoke really good English. Was eager to answer a million questions we had, and was just a great guy to spend the day with, he felt more like a friend than a tour guide. The homestay was also a short bike ride to the end of the island where you can watch an amazing sunset, make sure to bring a headlamp for the ride back! We managed to ride our bikes back, but some areas were really dark, had to use our phone's flashlight. This was our first time exploring the Mekong River area and the homestay really provided an exceptional experience.

Review: When traveling, I want rest after a long day of site seeing or business discussions. A place to relax away from nightlife and the hustle and turmoil of the big city. This wonderful quaint hotel offers individual bungalows in a secluded, jungle type area that's not too remote but just enough to give it that castaway feeling. It is beautiful, affordable, accommodating, accessible by ferry from more than one direction, which adds to it's charm. Great spot for the soloist, family, or couple. Very romantic, bringing tears to my eyes, wishing my wife were with me. I guarantee this adds to the adventure of Vietnam.

Review: There are bungalows under construction but we stayed in the double rooms in the main house. These rooms although clean are tiny partitioned off rooms where you can hear everything that goes on as you are about 3mm from the neighbours. The bathroom is outside via an uncovered path so in the night in the rain it's not great. Good location. Friendly people. Food ok.

Review: The rooms and surroundings are great. We had an open roof bathroom that allowed for a bath under the warm rain. Had a long bath every day. The hotel is close to the floating markets so it was easier to get to them early in the morning. The guides were amazing and we really enjoyed their tours and company. Great English, really friendly and engaged.

Review: vườn đẹp, khu vực xung quanh đều xanh tươi với các khu vườn cây trái, nhà nào cũng trồng hoa rực rỡ trước sân và dọc theo lối đi chung. tiện nghi đầy đủ. chỉ có 1 điểm không hay là mình đến nhầm lúc có 1 đoàn khách vn trên 20n rất ồn, họ không có ý thức tôn trọng không gian chung, gây ồn sau 10h đêm và 5h sáng. khiến mình ngủ không yên. ngoài việc đó thì mọi thứ đều tốt, vc chủ nhà và con trai rất hiếu khách vui vẻ, tốt bụng.

Review: Gia đình tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ đáng nhớ. Thiên nhiên rất đẹp, bọn trẻ con rất thích, bữa sáng hơi thiếu 1 tí, nhưng tôi và ông xã rất hài lòng về phong cách phục vụ rất chuyên nghiệp ở đây
