Rebuild the drainage system and upgrade the toilets in rooms and public areas

A plus is having a shared kitchen where we can gather together when needed

Review: My room is fully equipped, the view is acceptable, it has air conditioning, and the staff are enthusiastic and friendly. However, the room is quite small and a bit stuffy, and there are too many stairs to climb which are quite steep, so for households with elderly or young children, it requires caution. Plus, since it's on the main road, the price is not cheap.

Review: Maysa villa provided very enthusiastic support regarding the booking error and helped upgrade the room. The room rates on Agoda are higher than the direct price. The room area has a beautiful and peaceful view. The staff are very lovely, lively, and actively assist with guests' problems. Tea and snacks are available. However, I find the room small and not as clean as I expected, perhaps because the bathroom has stone walls and an old floor, so the cleanliness is not absolute like in hotels, and the sink area is too close to the sleeping area, which is not pleasant, as using it easily splashes water onto the living space. Coming back to the room after being out may have a slight odor. But I still highly appreciate the service attitude.
