Negative points: Nothing

Negative points: The power was out and I didn’t have power in the morning when I had to pack and leave early for my flight. I had to carry my luggage down by the stairs. Couldn’t have shower, no amenities open, no restaurants etc.

Negative points: I wished the hotel shuttle bus extend hours to evening. We had a car so it was not an issue for us but I was thinking how I am going to travel to/from hotel to shopping mall if you are not driving a car. I felt it may be a bit challenge if you are foreigners visiting Korea staying in this hotel in terms of going around for sight seeing.

Negative points: At the time of check-in, there was no staff available to help move my luggage to my room, which was in another building far from the main one. When I asked the receptionist for assistance, she told me to help myself, saying no one could help. I then pointed out the staff member standing outside, and she informed me he was the valet. After firmly requesting assistance, the valet kindly offered to help with my heavy luggage. While I appreciate his help, it is unacceptable for customers arriving from a long trip to face such inconvenience.

Negative points: The hotel's restaurant prices are extremely high! rnThe pool and the gym are located in a separate buildingrnRooms do not have any phone charging stations

Negative points: The restaurants on site were extremely overpriced. For the dinner buffet, it was over $100/adult. This was disappointing as we had hoped to dine there out of convenience since nothing was in walking distance, but ended up taking a taxi to the Lotte mall for dinner. Other downside is the free shuttle to the airport does not start until 11am I believe, which is inconvenient to those with early flights.
