Review: Good staff , good breakfast and valuable hotel
Positive points: the breakfast is the same everyday
Negative points: The room was not clean. My bathroom is so dirty, it was not clean everyday. The wall in the bathroom was yellow due to dirt. Wastes on the floor from the date I came until left still on that place.

Review: Overall, the bedroom and bathroom are fine but not very impressive. Behind the hotel, there is a spacious parking lot, a small park for walking, and the streets are quite quiet.
Positive points: The room is clean, staffs are helpful.rnThey arranged a room with big window for me, that's a big appreciate.
Negative points: price is a little bit higher than others, and hotel response from the website is quite slow.
Positive points: The value and staff were excellent. Location was fantastic and so close to so many great restaurants. I highly recommend going to the BBQ and meeting Roy, the owner. SIX was very good too. Having Bok Choy for breakfast was so good and don't forget to ask for things you do not see like made to order eggs and Pho.

Positive points: CLEAN & QUIETLY
Review: Unable to find staff when dailing to the counter/recep. Asked for towels as the room did not have any when we checked in, but their response are slow. Even after we are back after dinner, no towels were sent. We have to head down to recep after several failed attempts to reach through phone. Needed to wait at lobby for towels still. Kettle were missing as well and the signal has both DND so we did not get our room cleaned on the 2nd day. However, the cleaner was quick enough to do housekeeping for us when we saw him near our room. Overall, location was good with nearby eateries, convenient stores etc.But service needs to improve.

Review: The accommodation is located in a quiet area, the hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is enthusiastic. I am very satisfied.
Positive points: Staff are friendly and good location. The room are a good size and bed is comfortable.
Negative points: The Wi-Fi was not good. It would cut in and out so no chance of working on the laptop at the hotel.
Review: Second visit. Staff were helpful with soem speaking English. Centrally located to family we were visiting and lots of places to eat, just ask the staff.
