Positive points: Mostly, the location and the ambience was cozy and good place to healing….
Negative points: Some of area and building need to be maintain.
Review: Obviously its old building and facilities. But the view in the pool is nice
Positive points: Nice big pool. Restaurant higher standard than most Indonesian restaurants out in the town or on the street. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Room nice and big with a good view of the ocean (junior suite, a little pricier, but worth it) Nice big pool, very enjoyable if not crowded with noisy locals. Lovely gardens and lobby areanGood variety on breakfast.nVery attentive service. Every time we ask for something, we were told to wait in the room and someone will send it to us. We were in literally the farthest room from the front desk area, and they were always happy to bring whatever we requested all the way out to us. Quickly and with a smile! Very nice.
Negative points: The place is in desperate need of maintenance. Broken blinds, broken doors, stained walls, broken tiles around the pool, calcium stains all over the bathroom walls and sink and shower.nNot enough people to clean up after the locals leaving cigarette butts and rubbish all around the pool and restaurant areas. nWi-Fi is a bit of a disaster
