Review: nice place for staycation

Positive points: Location right on the beach, nice sunset view from the pool, everyone was so nice

Review: Saya menginap bersama keluarga pesan 2 kamar tapi saat tiba kamar yang satunya belum siap. Diminta untuk menunggu sekitar 15 menit tapi nanti siap sekitar 1 jam lebih menunggu. Kamar bagus view laut dan kota Manado. Untuk pelayanan cukup bagus sekalipun saat anak-anak mandi di kolom tidak disediakan handuk bersih jadi harus kembali ke kamar tanpa mengeringkan badan. Makanan di resto lumayan lengkap, pelayanan di resto juga bagus.

Positive points: Excellent hotel with outstanding staff and management. reception team has been beyond our expectations. Wonderfully.team, housekeeping and all F&B team always ready to please you. Great breakfast buffet with a fresh selection of dishes. Will mention as well the efficiency and professionalism of the security guards. Location of the hotel with sea view over the Manado bay.

Positive points: I do appreciate the staff friendliness and helpfulness, especially David. He makes sure to ask and help addressing even the simple things other hotels' receptionist used to dismiss. The room has its own wifi and the quality of the internet is great. The lighting is great, at first I thought the lamps will be too bright but eventually I found how to adjust it so I can set the atmosphere of the room, I prefer dim and warm lighting. The AC works so well. The bathroom is clean and the hot water works. I am amazed by how this hotel provides information of swimming pool pH and chlorine level another small thing that matters. I can't give you review about the foods since I don't order one and I booked room with no breakfast. The security happens to be friendly and always check for cars which passing by the building another small things that create feeling of safety. The hotel is located near big groceries store, KFC, shopping center and restaurants (in walking distance around 10 minutes).
