MAMA HOTEL & APARTMENT

Review: Nice design and well equipped but the restroom is smelly, I asked for some help but they only ask me to be patient and empathy with the situation...

Positive points: The room is pretty much like pictures, large apartment with everything you need. Location is superb, right next to the beach and hundreds of restaurants etc. A lot of natural light in the room. Bed is comfy.

Review: Other guests running or thumping loudly till 2am 3am. Staff was helpless. Staff came to check and acknowledge she can hear the noises at 11pm. Instead of asking other room above to switch, they suggest I move to another room which is smaller . Had to pack repack and used up time to move to the unwanted room. This is incorrect method to solve a clear situation. Not good at all.

Positive points: The location was great - walkable to everything. The room matched the pictures. The room was very clean.

Review: Water leaked from the sink. The floor and tiles are soaked so items such as bag placed on the floor gets wet. Maintenance came and fix. By night it was leaking again. My items , luggage wet, spent lots of time cleaning, wiping, waiting checking then repeat cleaning wiping.

Positive points: The location was great, central and near lots of coffee shops, special mention to Homnay coffee shop. Laundry and spas all on your doorstep too. We stayed in the apartment on the fourth floor and it was quiet enough. Great washing machine in our apartment too. Has an elevator, place to park our bike outside, spacious.Plenty of hot water too, you need to switch on, which the lovely reception staff show you.

Review: If you consider value, take Mama hotel. Don't look further 🙂

Review: Room,bed,washing machine were nice. The bathrooms are not done properly,water goes everywhere,no hot water.I did not like the a/c it was too strong even on the lowest setting and directly blowing at the bed. The pot provided is not made for induction cooker so i could not make french toast.Not every room has a smart tv. One room we got smelled like smoke. Having bread and jam included as breakfast was nice since i couldnt make breakfast in the room. Reception staff is helpful.

Review: 宿泊費自体は安いですが、タオルの汚れなど、様々な方法で追加料金を取ろうとします。掃除も週2回、タオルは自分で洗って乾かす必要があります。

Positive points: The room had everything we needed - a kitchenette with stove, a comfortable bed, the shower was separated in the bathroom.
The hotel was clean and in a quiet location. The facilities with the free coffee, tea and bread in the morning was super. We also used the sauna and the gym, which is small, but all right.
