Review: Our room was not very clean, with dust in some corners and the floor a bit dirty, especially the bed sheets which had stains, causing a very uncomfortable feeling. Additionally, staff knocked on the door several times without prior notice, and sometimes opened the door passcode without permission, affecting our privacy.

If the guests do not proactively ask, will the staff just remain silent and then kick them out of the room at 12:30???? In short, I will never come back.
