Review: I have booked quite a few hotels through Agoda and most of the room policies are correctly updated as per Agoda. My group consists of adults and children. I booked 6 rooms in which the app clearly states that a room for 2 adults + 1 child (from 0-11 years old) will not incur any fees. My group arrived late at night so we were quite tired. However, when checking in, we arranged for 2 children + 1 adult per room, and the hotel owner requested an extra fee of 100k per room if there were children over 6 years old. They charged an additional 1 million for a total of 6 rooms. The group was quite tired, so when I provided the booking information from the app, the hotel owner wouldn't accept it and insisted on payment in full. It was quite frustrating, but since there were children in the group, I let them go to rest. The staff service was okay, but the charge was not trustworthy, so there will be no return visit next time!

Review: A bit pricey for it's room size and facilities. Receptionists know very limited of English, need standby Google translate to communicate. Location is okay which is the main reason for its price. Overall, it's a so-so stay.

Review: Louisland hotel customer service are very prompt in replying messages in Facebook. And they have helped to arrange pick up from airport. Very helpful and quick response. nPrice is lower if you were to booked directly with the hotel.
