Review: The hotel staff were very warm and welcoming. Their service was top notch, they were very responsive and on the ball. The ambience was also out of the world. A 10/10 glamping experience!

Review: This is clearly a well managed and maintained property. It's just like the photos. Rooms and new and very nice. Food is good, and the staff is friendly. The issue is the location. It's next to a road with noisy scooters, and near some of the loudest mosques this side of mecca. The problem is, with a tent there's no sound insulation.
Positive points: Apart from being kind, the staff is very thoughtful. The design of the resort is pleasantly unique, not only the tents but everything since the moment you walk in, and everything is well taken care of.
Negative points: The tents have no windows that can be opened, and the interior can get very hot with the morning sun between 8 to 11 am. It’s hard for the AC to cope with the heat inside. Apart from that, we knew that the valley could be noisy because you can hear the villages nearby, but that didn’t bother us too much.
Review: Love the the tent and a whole area. The food was good. The room have a magic vibes. Relax, the bed is comfy, smell good, the bathroom clean. The water spring pool is refreshing.
Positive points: The architecture and design are impeccable. It's a cool place to hang out. The tent itself was comfortable and modern. We appreciated the vegan options at the restaurant (Java is not easy for vegans). My partner liked the spa. They helped us with Ijen transport and pointed us to a local doctor for the Ijen health certificate.
Negative points: Don't let this bigger block of text discourage you, it's a nice place.nnThe same environmental issues here as the rest of Indonesia. It's not a respite from the smoky air and certainly not from the calls to prayer. The local pre-dawn amplified assault is at 3:40am for an hour or more. Where I come from that's the middle of the night.nnOur view was agriculture. Walking the property, the only tents that seem tucked in the trees are Binar 5, 6, and 7.nnYou have to request that the staff turn off the lights outside your tent at night. I didn't like that I had to tell them when I was going to bed. There should be a switch.

Positive points: Amazing atmosphere and incredible sleep listening to the river In Our own private bubble tent. Staff was extremely friendly and perfectly situated for the ijen crater hike
Negative points: Maybe could use black out curtains if you want to sleep in but they provided complimentary sleep masks which was fine!
Review: Staff speaks good English, very friendly and super responsive. Hotel is very thoughtful, provided ear plugs and mask. Very good glamping experience.

Positive points: Ideal place to escape the busy city life: wonderful location with cozy tents. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a really good stay.
Negative points: As the place is quite remote, it would be nice if a rental scooter would be always available (it had a technical problem when I rented it). Furthermore, the vegetarian food in the restaurant was ok in general but there could have been more options regarding main dishes.

Positive points: Everything Was Amazing! I Would Like To Thank All The Staff, Especially To Mba' Lila & The Driver Who Helped To Pick Us Up When We Were Trapped In A Heavy About 10 Minutes From The Hotel. The Location Is Surrounded By Paddy Field And River Which Is So Relaxing. They Also Provide Bikes And We Went To A Waterfall, Not Too Far From The Hotel. Breakfast Was Amazing..., Love The Omurice!rnEvening Drinks Was So Perfect During The Rainy Season. The Room Was Clean. I Love The Complimentary Tea & Coffee.
Review: Beautiful hotel in the middle of nature. You can pay for an airport transfer or pay for a car to the bus stop. There are prayer services all day long, so be prepared for a 4am wake up call and again at 6am. This happens everywhere in Java so no way to avoid it.
