Positive points: Not much

Negative points: Writing this feedback is going to be very hard as it doesn't contain much positive experience
Location is bad nothing is walking distance absolutely nothing, oceanview is just a view you cannot swim there it's dirty, staff cannot speak english i had to figure things out by myself and the only english speaking member couldn't help much as well. Elevator got stuck once, no hot water in shower just warm water, breakfast is very limited. Maybe the only good thing is that you can exchange your dollars at the reception..
My room was tidy but not clean, the bed was tidy but they didnt change my dirty pillow.
So I truly had a bad experience here..

Positive points: Outside of building looked nice, relatively new.
Easy to find. Clean room.

Negative points: The bed was not European size... 2,5m wide, but only 1,9 long... so turn around!

Located next to dog shelter... dogs might keep you awake. Meaning to say that when you love dogs, go there. Poor sound isolation of room give you the right experience!

Their egg baking skills are amazing, however they prepare you the wrong egg style over and over. Still they taste good.
There is no gym, but the elevator might brake down, so you need to walk down from 5th floor. Give you extra steps on the stepcounter!

Hotel just not have the wow factor... other than the pool, which make you say woooow! Just because of the cold temperature, as its not heated

Value for money is questionable.

Review: Amazing experience. Staff helps a lot with everything! They even made up a room for my mom’s birthday, arranged a really cheap driver to ba na hill and back.
And the rooms were just perfect!

Positive points: From the location of the hotel to the cleanliness of the apartment and particularly Linh the front desk staff who has advised us on arranging activities for the short time that we were there.

Negative points: It's not a negative, but breakfast could do with more selections for vegetarians

Review: This really unique hotel, leafy,, natural and definitely boutique was perfect for our 3 night stay. Offering ocean front rooms with a balcony, the hotel staff offer excellent service, lovely breakfast, amazing rooftop pool. The double room we stayed in was on the smaller side from others we have stayed in, however very comfortable bed and lovely decor and amenities. Can also Lon into Netflix which was a bonus!
Would highly recommend this boutique hotel if you want to be a little bit removed from the main part of the Da nang beach front area. We loved our stay here.

Positive points: location, ocean view, rooms are stylish and completely new, you can rent bikes for free, surf shop a few steps away. even the exterior is beautiful with real plants. highly recommended

Positive points: Beautiful balcony view, spacious and pretty room. The bed was comfy.

Negative points: Quite far from the city and facing the main road which was quite noisy. Windows not properly insulated. There were locals doing morning workouts with loud music between 5-6am. The breakfast was okay but could be improved

Positive points: Hotel is located right across the beach. Seaview rooms do the job according to claim. Design is chic and comfortable. The room toe flush button is convenient.

Negative points: Cleanliness is a bit peculiar. We book 5 rooms together. We could see level of cleanliness are not all aligned especially the balcony. Some are clean and some aren't. Toilet is a bit dark so might not appropriate for elderly. Out of everything, Vietnamese hotels wont provider room slippers as standard or what? But we really need it.

Food drinks brilliantly done
Everyone just helpful polite and serving a proper service

Negative points: Noises main road a little annoying and took the edge off a near perfect stay

Review: Rooms are spacious, with good design and amenities. Beds are bigger than standard and comfortable, which is nice. The beach is right across the road. Recommended.

Positive points: Love love love the spacious and cozy design of the room! It was like an apartment with how large it was. There were even 2 bathrooms, which was really convenient. Breakfast was hot and delicious! Would like a better variety though.

Negative points: It can be cleaner. Generally no visible stains or anything, but we kept killing ants while sitting on the sofa and it felt a bit dusty overall. Furthermore, the view was meh. We kept our curtains closed because we could easily look into people's houses and vice versa.
