Negative points: Cleanliness. Could have been abit more clean. The kitchen was not equipped so we couldn’t use it. Needs more utensils and also cupboards need to be tidied.

Negative points: Internet not working in my room.

Negative points: Smart TV with Netflix would be appreciated.

Negative points: Staffs to improve their communication

Negative points: To be honest, I have never left a bad comment for any of my stay till now.

I rented a three bedrooms apartment. In general, it looks quite close to what they show in the pictures, but when I arrive, I was immediately disappointed, which ruined my mood significantly.
- all 3 bedrooms have smell of drainage and sewage. There was no ventilator fan in 1 of the toilet, hence the smell can not get out. After taking shower, I noticed the steam was still there after 12 hours. I couldn’t sleep at all during my 2 nights.
- in contrary, I think they was trying to cover the smell of the toilet by overusing the softener on the beddings. OMG, it was sooooo terrible. That smell gave me headache.
I didn’t dare to use the toilet in my room again, otherwise the smell just get stronger.
- yellow stains in every corner of the toilet in at least 2 out of 3 bathrooms, even in the living room.
And the stains are found in all the curtains as well. It’s disgustingly dirty.
- there was no hand sanitizer provided in both bathrooms and kitchen.
- the provided kitchen’s appliances was poor. There are cabinets but nothing much in it. No seasonings, no chopstick, no dish washing liquid provided until I asked for it. The sponge looks like they took it out from the bin and gave it to me. Dishes and bows were acceptable but not the pans and pots.
- the balcony looks nice in the picture but not in reality. Most of the chairs already rusted. It was obvious to me that they didn’t even bother cleaning it at all. Also the door to the balcony can not be closed. It took 3 adults pushing and pulling just to close the door. They said they would put in some oil to make it smooth, but they never did at least during my trip there.
- the sound proof was terrible. When I was outside the house, I can clearly hear my parent talking in side.

Negative points: The bathroom floor need to upgrade as when shower the water tend to flow out through the glass door making the whole toilet so wet.

Negative points: Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review and this for various reasons:
- We rented the room with kitchen / studio. However, there was almost no equipment to actually use the kitchen: no pan, no knife, no cutting board, no towel or drying rack, etc. It looked like the kitchen was there just for the show but not to be used but if we didn’t want to use it we could have gotten a cheaper / other room.
- The wifi wasn’t working properly and only worked half the time. Needed to use mobile data all the time.
- Same for the airconditioning seemed like something was wrong with the electric system as the fuse would keep switching off disabling the airconditioning. Consequently, it got very humid and smelly in the room.
- Some small things were also broken: shower head, leaking tap, etc.
- Room wasn’t isolated well and cleaning staff was loud (playing loud music on the hallway when around).
