Positive points: Everything was perfect, the staff are extremely friendly. The hotel is in a quiet area, great for a peaceful sleep. It would good for long stays too, the kitchen is really well stocked and with the washing machine too - I tried to book for longer but they were already booked out!

Positive points: Staff are very friendly, the room is nice and the bed is comfortable.

Positive points: The hotel is well located within walking distance of the main beaches of Da Nang and a few kilometers from the business center. If you are going to visit the beach regularly, but do not want to live in overcrowded and noisy tourist hotspots - this is the right place for you.
There is a sports ground nearby, several supermarkets and pharmacies also within walking distance.
The apartments' guests are mostly families who have come for a long stay, so the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. The hotel entrance, reception zone and pool-fitness area are decorated with love and taste.
Regarding household infrastructure, there is everything you need for life: stove, microwave, dishes, pots and pans, refrigerator (normal size, not minibar), washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, hair dryer.
On the rooftop there is a steam, a sauna, a small pool (to take a dip after the sauna), a compact fitness area (barbell, dumbbells, treadmill, elliptical trainer).
As for drawbacks - the renovation is not very recent (cracks and scuffs on the walls), the same goes for bed linen and towels. But this is what determines the cost of booking. Views from some rooms may be restricted - you'd better inquire in advance if it's sensitive to you.
The hotel manager Diep is in touch 24/7, very nice and kind, always does her best to help with every issue and to create a comfort.
I would also like to highlight the stable and high-speed wi-fi: each room has a separate router.
Underground parking for bikes is available, a small store with essential goods also here.
Cleaning is regular and good.

Positive points: Loved everything! Felt very homey to stay at this place for a month. We were able to cook. Used the rooftop sauna and gym. The host also had 20l bottles of water for sale downstairs which was very convenient. There was a nice 24 hour supermarket nearby and an outside gym and volleyball courts just downstairs. Perfect place!

Positive points: I loved this place. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Quiet, big, and clean room. Comfortable bed. Laundry. Very happy with my stay here.

Positive points: We loved that this property was close enough for the beach and cafes and restaurants, BUT not in the main and busy areas. We stayed just outside of all the chaos and noise and touristy areas. The area is filled with locals and internationals alike, the park space is used daily by everyone, a sense of community is really apparent in this area.

The apartment was perfect positioning for my husband and I. He even picked up Pickelball and played weekly with the people in the park.

The rooftop is lovely for evening sunsets, and views of the city, it really shows you a lot. The pool is great, and semi sheltered which we really enjoyed. There is a small gym with some weights and a sauna, this is great for those wanting to keep fit while travelling.

We also LOVED that we could buy our water containers right there at the apartment, in the lobby area. We didn’t have to carry the 20l jugs anywhere, they’re just downstairs and affordable. We used it for everything from cooking to drinking to brushing our teeth.

The area is very walkable with some nice cafes in the area. You’re a few minutes cycle from the beach and there are pharmacies and small shops close by for the your basic needs. However I do recommend shopping at MEGA MART, when you do your shopping.

Positive points: Very helpful staff. They provided extra plates and clothes drying rack. Cleanin was by request and in time. The AC was leaking , but a master fixed it.

Positive points: - I like the rooftop and swimming pool there tho i did not have chance to jump into it.
- The room is good.
- It has a fridge on the ground floor for drinks and a shelf having some instant noodles toilet rolls and stuffs. you can easily get some at night without going out (there are not many grocery stores nor circle k around).
- The receptionists are so helpful and friendly. I appreciate it a lot.
- There is a dog and a cat often coming to the place. They are so cute.
- The neighbors around are nice esp the kids. We had a lot of fun playing badminton soccer with them
