Review: The room was okay for the price I paid but its nestled inside a family's house so the kitchen and stairs area were quite messy and might make you feel a little uncomfortable. Rooms (just rooms tho, not kitchen) do look like pictures so I feel like the place was nicely set up from the beginning but hasn't been well maintained at all, which reflected in the horrific smell from the fridge and crusty towels. I dont think the hosts have a good business mindset but they seem to be really nice people so I hope the place will have some improvements in the near future.

Review: I enjoyed my time here relaxing . The host was very helpful and lovely. The bed was so comfortable! It was close to the beach and restaurants, away from the main road so it was nice and quiet, exactly what I needed. I will come back again

Review: We stayed here in April 2018 for nearly 2 weeks. Somewhere between a home-stay and hotel, the owners are eager to help while remaining genuine lovely people. They give you a choice of several delicious breakfasts, the beach is fantastic and Hoi an is 10 minutes on a bike. Unbeatable.
