First, everything is so easy. Check in is always made easy and so is check out.

It has everything you need. Beach around the corner, breakfast next door, and bar on the other side next door.

Review: The room was great! Very spacious with a nice comfortable bed, relaxing shower and nice balcony where you can lay down on the sofa bed. Breakfast was amazing. They have a lot of different options for you and they’ll bring it to your room at your preffered time. The staff was very kind and helpfull, the people who work there are examples of what true hospitality looks like. I got sick one day and the manager Anna arranged all different kinds of fresh fruit for me to get well (which really helped). The location of the homestay was also very convenient. Walking distance to the beach and only 10 min to Hoi An with motorbike. I will definitely come back here and I would recommend everyone to stay here.

Review: I booked Blue Beach Village at short notice as the guesthouse I booked months ago told me they had repair work being done and they would be relocating more for 1 or 2 nights. I wanted to just enjoy being in 1 place for my 5 nights in An Bang Beach so chose to cancel my original booking.

Blue Beach Village has been a great find. Hai the manager is kind and helpful, including advising me on where to get medical help when I got sick and leaving me in peace to rest. The breakfast each morning has been delicious and there are a large number of restaurants in easy walking distance for dinner plus mini marts if you want to buy snacks or other supplies.

The bed is the most comfortable I have slept in in Vietnam with a mosquito net to keep mozzies away.

Unfortunately there has been noisy demolition right next door for 3 days and I think other guests have chosen to leave. It has been disruptive but it’s not Hai’s fault plus the guesthouse (as are most at An Bang Beach) is surrounded by local homes so I see myself as a guest in their space. Their lives can’t stop just because I am on holiday. I have enjoyed seeing how hard the local people have worked to prepare the land for sale, set up a shrine to bless the site and the local children and dogs come out to play. That’s what travel overseas is all about - seeing how others live.

Review: My partner and I enjoyed our time at Blue Beach. The bed was comfortable and easily fit us both. We were glad to have the mosquito net as a few got in via the bathroom as there is an open space above the toilet. This was easily avoidable by keeping the bathroom doors closed at all times. The bathroom was gorgeous, but we would have liked a bit more hot water and pressure during our showers.
The breakfast was delicious and they accommodated my gluten allergy by giving me a giant omelette.
Overall a great, relaxing stay if you are interested in being near the beach in a quieter part away from Hoi An.

Review: Perfect accomodation in a modern beautifully appointed space. Couldn't have asked for more perfect hosts, quick to accomodate any needs and always there for a smile and a chat..would 100% recommend this place for your well earned holiday..

Review: Superb location. 5 mins walk to An Bang Beach. 10 mins taxi ride to the old town (VND 78K-80K). The interior of the accommodation is exactly shown from photos. Spotlessly clean. Spacious, simple with modern deco. Hai, host was super friendly. He was kind enough to upgrade my room and allowed me having late check out. The accommodation and the surrounding is safe, just off the road with many restaurants nearby. Will definitely return and stay again at Blue Beach Village homestay (5 stars standard). Hoi An itself is a charming place to suit everyone. People are friendly and helpful. Expense is low from the western standard. It is more enjoyable than Hanoi. Highly recommended!!

Review: I stayed in Hoi An for one month.Tried several homesatys before,everyone was great with good service.Finally met this Villa,Bad location bad view and noisy because it's in a local village.So many dogs outside which always barking.
The room is big enough and tidy.But so many ants,on my bed,on the table,on the sofa.
For facility,it's not bad.For quality with this price,it's not worthy.

Review: On this beach there are no beach front hotels, so I chose what looked cleanest. This place was clean, the breakfast was good and it was a few minute walk to the beach.

Review: I stayed here with my family for three days to relax and enjoy the beach. I cannot say enough good things about this family-run place. The rooms are very spacious (the bathrooms are huge!) and well decorated: it really felt we were in a lovely bungalow. We managed to get the rooms on the groundfloor which ment we had our own little garden to enjoy. The breakfast and the juices are delicious (way more than other equivalent hotel chains) and the owners were chilled, friendly and always ready to assist us with any enquiry.
