Positive points:
Great Location between Hoi an and the beach. They let many bikes for the customers! As soon as we arrived, they even looked immediately for 2 little bikes for our kids and we had the 2 bikes the day after. Thanks!

Located in a very nice area next to lovely vegetable gardens and cooking classes with a great fancy coffee place overlooking the gardens.
Be and Hoa are friendly, warm and funny and gives great tips for what to do in Hoi an, if you want that. They recommended me the best restaurant and best massage I have tried in Vietnam.
Free bicycles for going to the beach or old town.
Positive points: The hosts Hoa and Bee were amazing so friendly and enthusiastic. They helped us a lot, giving us tips and suggestions about where to eat and what to do. The place itself was lovely, clean and well stocked.
Negative points: Nothing major. It was a little bit removed from the main town but I suppose that can be a good thing too.

Positive points: I love my stay at this quiet nice place. It is very nice and beautiful quiet area, but there are not many restaurants or food store near by. But you can borrow bicyckle and go to center or beach. Place was clean all the time. And staff was amazing and so helpful, always helping and booking for you tour or bus ticket or anything. Love it.

Hoa and Be are the best hosts!!! Helped with everything we needed (even late night requests). The hotel great location close to the beach and to Hoi An old town.
Best Banh Mi!
Negative points: Although good location, the access to the property is quite challenging as the street is small and dark in a residential place.
