Review:
The hotel is close to the beach, the room was decent but their WiFi was terrible, extremely slow (3 mb download speed) and unstable. Not suitable if you have to work. The manager is very nice and tried her best to solve the problem. They even installed a new router on my floor but the connection remained unstable.
My hot water was also not working on some nights and the window in the room is very small, so the room is not the brightest.
Positive points: The location was excellent for beach and the city. The staff were welcoming, accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and well attended.
Negative points: The shower did leak all over the bathroom. Unfortunately during our stay there weren’t many other guests and so understandably, breakfast wasn’t always a buffet/choice.
Positive points: Very comfortable bed and nicely decorated rooms. Great rooftop pool. Nice buffet breakfast.
Negative points: The gym was a little bit tired.

We killed a cockroach.
There is a hole in window and after the rain the floor under the window is wet. It's also very damp in the room.
Windows are extremely dirty.

Review: Rooms are small compared to other hotels in Danang. Most of guests are locals so they are kind of noisy. Not clean rooms. Breafast is very minimal. Will not recommend for tourists.
Positive points: Very accommodating staff! Comfortable bed.
Negative points: Hot water didn’t work when I wanted to take shower before bed (approx 11pm).

Ksan was very near the beach, very beautiful. The staff are super polite ,polite, cheerful helful and friendly.

Positive points: Staff members are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. That was my favorite part. The bed is comfortable.
Negative points: The windows are not clean. So, the view isn't clear. It smells after taking a shower. The drain isn’t so good.

spacious room. I read the comments and asked them to put me in a room with windows. they told me they will upgrade my room for free so be aware that some rooms don't have windows.
clean and bright rooms. Good TV channels with HBO Cinemax in English. I stayed in December so it was cheap as not many tourists. right beside the beach so ideal location for the summer months. 2 24h supermarkets right beside the property. few restaurants in the area.
Negative points: windows are not sound proof. very noisy from constructions outside that go on all night. the door makes this sound when you scan your card which is very annoying when you are trying to sleep as you can hear it from the hallway. housekeeping is quite loud in the morning also. Internet was not great if you try to work. the gym is old and rusty. swimming pool is quite small. closes at 7pm. the electricity stopped a few times one day but that is mainly because the weather was very bad that night. when I tried to locate the gym it took me some time so I asked at reception and they told me they watched me on the camera.... as there is someone watching 24/7

Positive points: Location , across the road from the beach. A short grab ride from other activities bars and restaurants etc too
Negative points:
Tiny details. No shampoo in the shower area or a shelf to sit the shampoo on. So had to stand it on the floor.
No towel ring/hook in the hand basin area to hang you face towel.
These are not major issues but tiny details that would easily improve convenience
