1.0 Bad staying - Karem 25-04-2025

Positive points: Nothing good

Negative points: It was cobra snake in the Villa and management didn’t take any action or replying my message , i need refunds my money, your management is very bad. I m not even stay for a night .I already had communication with booking.com and they mentioned they are trying to contact your property and your property not responding at all. I was with my family and specially i was with kids and your property not even take serious the problem.nWhat is your responsibility for other customers. nI am not recommending to go to this villa ever.

4.0 Rats in the attic, flooding when it rains - Erwan 13-12-2024

Review: This is supposed to be a premium villa (at the price in Bali). The design is good, the build is poor. n- we entered the house and the floor of the bedrooms was oily. I fell in the stairs as the steps were really slippery. The bedroom floor was really oily during our entire stayn- then when there is no noise, you can hear the rats running in the attic. I messaged the staff they simply ignored my message n- when it rained, the 3 rooms of the villa got flooded, so much we had to use our towels to stop the water flow. The windows are just useless n- one aircon was dripping on the bed, it got fixed quicklyn- no oven, no microwave, the living room is open and in the evening the mosquitos are ferociousnnOverall a bad experience even though this villa has a lot of potential

Positive points: Rice field view

Negative points: The AC was broken in the master bedroom, apparently has been broken for a long time, and this wasn't mentioned when we booked. We were given a fan that was so loud it's impossible to sleep. Other kitchen appliances like coffee machine were broken, too. There was no projector like in the photos. The dishes and sheets were dirty with lots of stains. We were moved to another villa (samsara) the next day, and it was a bigger villa, but pretty much the same poor experience (dirty, rundown, broken appliances). I had black-bugs all over my bed, roaches in the bathroom. It's a very disappointing stay for both kontiki and samsara villas. I would really appreciate a refund.

Review: The villa looks exactly like the photos.. with open villa concept, it is beautifulnThe ac were cold, with big beds and also has sofa bednBut there was many mosquitoes.. like MANY.. and bcoz it's near the paddy field, the mosquitoes were bigger nThe staff said it was because the season..nThe bathroom floor were same level between the dry & wet areanThe staff were very helpful, they wait just outside this villa, in a small cleaning roomnU can book a body massage from here

Review: The view from the main bedroom astonishing, paddy field. Restaurant beside the villa also great, just whatsapp and then the food come to the villa. Renting electric scotter also easy. Thanks for all the staff. nnThe villa have 2 bedroom, 1 big bedroom in the second floor, but the stair to small, big lugage better put in the first floor. Second bedroom, in first floor have 1 bathroom, but the floor not even, the water from bathroom, running to the bedroom. And the water in the villa have strong iron smell. I dont know where is wrong, but after washing utensill or anything, there will be iron smell in the utensil. Also when you bath.nnThe view from the window is like painting, but in the night, there will be many small flying bug, but the villa giving free mosquitto spray to use, just use it 1 hour before you sleep and all is ok.
