Review: Do not recommend it for such a nightly fee…

Positive points: We had a fantastic 3 nights stay at KOI Resort & Spa with our family. The resort’s beautiful setting, with an infinity pool overlooking the ocean and a peaceful lagoon, made for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The kids loved the pool and kayaking, while the adults enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere. A perfect spot for a family vacation!

Review: Chúng tôi đặt villa 4 phòng. Cơ sở vật chất không đạt chất lượng. Các cửa phòng thì mỗi lần đóng lại thì kêu tít tít. Muốn đóng chặt thì phải đóng thật mạnh tay như thể trời sập xuống thì chốt cửa sẽ không kêu tít tít. Đóng như thế ban đêm cả nhà khỏi ngủ và cửa thì cứ kêu tít tít hoài
1 phòng thì bị dột, nước rỉ từ trần nhà xuống kế đầu giường. Villa thì có mùi ẩm mốc từ các máy lạnh. Nhà tắm thì không vệ sinh sạch các chỗ thoát nc đóng bợn.
Đồ ăn free bbq thì phục vụ thật lâu nhưng đem ra thì nguội lạnh. Cánh gà còn sống phải mang vào hâm lại. Thịt bò phục vụ cũng nguội lạnh. Chán lắm
Bếp trong villa thì không cho sử dụng. May mắn đc resort hỗ trợ nên có cho khách đc mấy cái chén đĩa, 2 cái nồi.
Chỉ đc cái nhân viên nhiệt tình

Positive points: Loved the grounds and facilities

Review: The resort looked nice in the photo, but i would say.... the software is not as good as it looks.

We visited during Dec so it was not that warm. It constantly ran out of hot water. And there is also odour in the bathroom (smell from the toilet). The bathroom is not well-designed, with no where to hang towels, and water would come out while you bath etc.

We had issue when checking in, the front desk just said 'cannot'. Luckily, the manger named Joyce came to assist. The issue was solved quickly then.

I would say the 4-bedroom villa was spacious with a pool, definitely a good idea to spend some time together as a family with a private pool.

I guess the resort would be nicer if you visit in summer, with a nice pool and a beach in front of it.

but to me, my experience staying there was so so ......

Positive points: The view

Review: I chose this hotel to avoid the musty smell from older hotels since it is a new built. The hotel is still a work in progress. The staffs are nice and accommodated all my requests. However, I can see that they're not that fluent so there could be some shyness or communication issue with foreign tourists.

It is a huge place feels like a mall. Everything is brand new and staffs try their best. It could be better than the Marriott next door if they work on making it more cozy.

Things to improve on:

- Add more outdoor sitting area for guests to chill outside.
- Add an indoor playground area for children
- Add an entertainment area for adults to socialize
- Refill breakfast items until 10A.M (refill a smaller amount is okay but it should not be empty until 10A.M). Breakfast can have less selections but more quality/tasty instead. Need to add more frying pan to reduce the line for omelette.
- Open all the cabinets doors and patio door to release the new smell instead of just putting essential oil to mask it.

Positive points: Absolutely stunning! The staff were so helpful and friendly, they remembered our names

Review: Very good location. Excellent rooms with ocean views, good facilities and staff. Only spanner was that they only give 2 small bottles of water in the room during cleaning- rest you will have to buy - that is not good for a hotel of that standard

Positive points: Newly renovated, refurbished rooms, comfortable beds, front line. Nice facility with beautiful lake/pool. Very peaceful and clean. Spacious gym.

I would compliment how nice and polite the staff was, but that doesn’t really help to hear apologies for everytime something is screwed.

Positive points: Well-appointed, wonderful staff (shout out for Ms Kim & Mr Bao, but they were all lovely). Great pool, beach bar, views, bathroom, bed…
