Review: Excellent Service

Positive points: The location to the beach was amazing. Many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were responsive and attentive.

Review: Pros:
-very close to beach
-near great restaurants
-you get a kimono to use
-elevator to 2nd floor

Cons:
-was helped with my luggage who I felt shamed me for my luggage size
-room was basic
-city view wasn't exciting
-THE WORST PART: The noise from the other guests at the hotel. They were loudly partying for 4 hours. There are no staff working at the hotel overnight to manage guests. Despite messaging the hotel after 2 hours of their singing and yelling, it continued for 2 more hours. Unfortunately a sign in Vietnamese on the wall of the room isn't enough to stop people from being loud. Sometimes it takes intervention of this behaviour and there was no one to do it. Walls are paper thin.

Would not recommend unless you also want to party all night in a budget hotel.

Positive points: Quiet hotel, located in a convenient area, good security. Facilities are quite complete, rooms are clean. Reasonable price compared to the general level. Staff are enthusiastic. Good soundproofing between rooms.

Review: Easy instructions and very accommodating staff. Receptionist also help us on contacting and informing our other next accommodation on our concerns so they can discuss in local language. Also staff is easy to communicate in English.

Positive points: Great location across the road from the beach and lots of restaurants. Good value for money and nice sized room with a view of the ocean. Bottled water and tea & coffee provided everyday.

Review: Was given the lesser “business room” instead of the “standard double” room I paid for. There was no cable and the bathroom is so narrow I had to sit sideways on the toilet. The bathroom door is glass and there is a window in the bathroom allowing lots of light in so no sleeping in. No blackout curtains and the door center panel had been replaced at some point and caulked in with clear silicone so at night there was a square ring of light coming through from the hall light.
The only plus I can say is the view from the roof is great.

Review: Everything is great and worth the money, a place to stay when visiting Da Nang.

Positive points: This was a beautiful room, very clean and with a great amount of amenities. The bed was very comfy and there were beautiful extras like handwritten notes and the gown and slippers. All staff were exceptionally polite.

Positive points: Mình đã có trải nghiệp tuyệt vời ở đây à. Khách sạn sạch sẽ, phòng rộng , nhân viên thân thiện . Mình book phòng đơn đi bộ ra biển Mỹ Khê mỗi buổi sáng siêu gần luôn. Đi chơi về muộn các bạn bật điều hoà sẵn cho. Nói chung là thấy đáng tiền. Ngon bổ rẻ ạ 😍😍😍
