Review: Room has a more plenty of space from what I expected. Through the window, Namsan tower can be seen that was so good. So near to the station. In the evening it was so quiet that is actually what I like the most. We had good staying there. I regretted one thing that I should’ve booked this place more than one night stay.
Positive points: The place was nice and warm, lit up upon arrival, the host had made it very welcoming and left amenities like free toothbrush, was nice as flight was delayed until 4:30am arrival, so it was helpful to get in and go right to sleep as only staying there until check out for a few hours. While the bed was tough and rigid (it is normal in Korea), the place was dark and comfy and cozy with the warmer heating. Nice for at least renting for a few hours, but a bit expensive for not getting to have a longer nights stay. For those not familiar with Korea, the towels are always smaller and the bathrooms are wetrooms, no issue for me as I live in Korea, so just for new visitors be ready for some minor differences. Overall the place was nice and appreciated the lights being on and the heating on upon arrival.
Negative points: Host reached out to me a week before asking for my WhatsApp number, to coordinate the arrival there, of which I provided. I never heard back, but messaged as well through Booking.com app to coordinate my arrival. Day before I arrived, I asked for a later check out due to the fact I would be getting into Seoul later. Never heard back. Tried again that evening, nothing. Messaged when I arrived, nothing. My flight was delayed 4 hours making me arrive at 4:30am, so I really wish I could have heard back, though it was a Korean holiday. I messaged one more time, nothing. Slept in until 30 minutes before check out, and then cleaning staff came by. Luckily they had spoken to the host and allowed my 20 extra minutes to pack, but it was a rushed morning and was very exhausting for an arrival. Finally heard back about an hour after check out. Once I responded that I was disappointed with the lack of communication, they responded quite quickly to that! Only when there was a complaint. Oh well. In their defense they had provided a Korean phone number to call, but as I didn't have a Korean number to contact them, it was hard. That's why I reached out on WhatsApp and Booking.com app. I respect that it was a Korean holiday when I messaged but if you are running a hotel, it shouldn't take almost 24 hours to respond to a guest.
Review: Booked a room with 2 queen bed for 4 people and it was good. The location is near to the bus and train station (need to hike a bit) and there are few convenience stores along the way. It is very easy to find! The check in process was also very easy.
Positive points: Clean, strategy, near to station, easy to get food
Review: Room way too small...basic furniture like a small table also dont have. When open up luggage barely had any space to walk.

Review: We have a very pleasant experience staying at Jnine Guesthouse for more than a week! It may not be the best but it definitely checks all the boxes of what a traveller needs! High-speed internet, great location and a quiet environment!

Negative points: Dirty floors, uncomfortable beds and very minimal space. When asked about towels, got a reply about how towels in Korea are all small sized.

Positive points: The property was good in terms of its location and accommodations. The heater working well especially on the floor during winter, it keeps you warm and comfortable.
Negative points: No complaints from me. Noise from neighboring areas is normal but hey.. i enjoyed!
Review: The guesthouse staff were excellent. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, around 12:30 PM, and she kindly assisted me with an early check-in. The room was cozy, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The location was very convenient—everything was nearby, including the airport bus stop and the train station, just about a 5-minute walk away. However, the walk is a bit uphill, so if you're carrying a lot of luggage, you might want to keep that in mind. Plus, it's just across the street from the bustling Myeongdong shopping area!
Negative points: WARNING: Staff ignores requests for cancelation bookings until after the booking period and then claims you didn't cancel in advance.nnThen they ignore you when you send proof that you had given them notice in advance and keeps all your money.nnUSMC/ Retired.
