Review: Outside furniture old and dirty, pool with private villa had stagnant water, bathroom tiles cracked and walls with peeling paint. Amazing plants and outstanding view over the ocean.
Positive points: The villa, location, and the view
Negative points: NothingnBut I would suggest the front office staffs could be more helpful with luggages from and to taxi.nThe drivers mostly do the work, without any help
Review: What i love the most is their bathroom giving that semi outdoor vibes, felt closer to the nature. The staffs are also very accommodating and u can even ask for free shuttle to their other resorts under this Jeeva brand. Would definitely come here again!
Positive points: This place is top notch. Breathtaking views. Only 28 guests at a time makes it very quaint. Special treatment from the staff. Food was exceptionally good! Would highly recommend staying here. We had the oceanfront room with balcony! The welcome drink tamarindo delight was so good. Fresh fruit bowl in your room. Comfortable bed with great linens. Can’t say enough about this place. The little private villas looked amazing. Turtles swimming out front.

Review: Overall good stay, but i did not get a room with bathtub despite booking with bathtub. The hotel explain that they have no control of the description on agoda site? Cannot change a room with bathtub for me because it was full. Gave us a substandard complimentary massage as recovery, went to find for a massage elsewhere after that
Negative points: Our room smells moldy, informed the staff but they could not do much about it.nThey just put room freshener in the room, but it didn’t help at all.nWe asked to move to other room, but they said it was full, and did not even try to make an effort to find another room for us.nVery disappointed
Review: The private pool villas were a real treat- private and secluded and well provisioned. The dinner and drinks at the restaurant were excellent. We wish we would have stayed longer.
Positive points: The facilities were really nice, beautiful views, a great feeling of seclusion, comfortable bed, nice pool, and all kept very clean. The staff was also very nice and accommodating.
Negative points: The other property has the spa and gym, so you need to commute about a mile to take advantage of those, but the hotel will call you a complimentary shuttle or taxi to take you over, so it's a minor inconvenience.
Review: We went for our honeymoon, stayed two nights there. The room and environment were amazing. Staffs were super friendly and accommodating. Our air conditioning leaked and the staffs quickly came and fixed it. We will definitely come back
Positive points: An amazing resort that cannot be faulted. Limited to 14 villas/rooms keeps this place serene and ambiance all times. The gardens, the villas, the private pool, the restaurant right on the water’s edge. All perfect.rnBut the element that made this place special: it’s the staff. Every interaction I had with the staff, from the gardener to the manager was extremely pleasant, as if nothing was too much to ask. The restaurant staff deserve a special mention, exceptional on every level.rnEverything is so stylish, and comfortable. Santai Jeeva is not cheap, but it’s worth every single cent. Just unbelievably beautiful.
Negative points: Nothing could be faulted, everything was just perfect.
Review: Great interior and exterior but staffs not friendly enough to domestic traveller. We observed this though our stay 3 days and 2 nights, they asked how are you, how’s the breakfast,etc to every foreigner but (sadly) not to domestic traveller. nnBreakfast menu is ok. Spa and gym located at other Jeeva.
Positive points: Fantastic hotel, with incredibly nice and attentive staff. Huge rooms gorgeous views. Restaurant a bit pricy, but food is very very good. Would definitely stay here again!
Negative points: Make sure the staff that has contact to the guests (e.g. restaurant), speaks English well enough to understand the questions/needs.
Review: Location is exclusive ans isolated from the hustle and bustle. However, the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and the size and vibe of the resort falls short when compared with it's sister hotel jeeva klui. Would recommend the sister resort instead for any would be guests
Positive points: Big villas with really comfortable beds and super nice pool and restaurant area. nGluten free options available which is really a plus.
