Negative points: Cleanliness could be improved. nThe Ac in room 705 often turned off with no ideal…nCould be better for confirmation and reception

Positive points: Khách sạn mới, nằm ở vị trí trung tâm thành phố, giá rẻ, trang thiết bị mới
Negative points: - điều hoà tự ngắt liên tục dù đã kt remote control, ko có hẹn giờ mà vẫn bị ngắt, làm cả đêm tỉnh ngủ nhiều lần để bật lạin- thông tin trên BC ko chuẩn: đặt phòng 3 người, thông tin có kê extra bed nhưng khi nhận phòng vẫn là giường twinn- service cần chuyên nghiệp hơn: khách hàng hỏi thông tin trên zalo ko hề phản hồi, lúc KH gọi xác nhận đặt phòng thì bảo ks đã kín, dù đã giải thích mình có đặt trên BC rồi nhưng bạn vẫn bảo cần phải check lại và cũng ko phản hồi, làm mình lo ko có phòng, nhưng dù sao vẫn giữ booking cho mình.
