Review: A terrible experience with everything:n- First: a 4-star hotel but no bellman, no welcome drink, no security staff to guide parking for guests.n- Second: the receptionist had an extremely unpleasant attitude towards guests, when a guest arrived for check-in at 9 PM, they just sat there looking at the guests without greeting them. When a guest asked to change the room type from Twin to Double, the attitude changed. When inquiring if there was a breakfast surcharge for a 6-year-old, they said they didn’t know, that the restaurant would handle it tomorrow, it wasn't the receptionist's responsibility.n- Third: the quality of the facilities is very degraded compared to the price of a 4-star hotel, with peeling paint, water stains on the walls. Room items are in disrepair, with a lot of musty smells. The path to the swimming pool is dark, and staff collected money indiscriminately without providing a receipt the railing is almost completely rusty.n- Fourth: according to the hotel's policy, children aged 6 and under are not charged for breakfast, but my 6-year-old was charged 35k. While the amount isn’t much, the overall bad experience made me very dissatisfied.n- Fifth: the quality of the buffet is very poor, not diverse, and staff seemed indifferent. The hot food chef was sometimes present, sometimes not. When needed, they were nowhere to be found.nI don't understand, as this is a state-owned hotel, the service quality is extremely poor, surely you don't have targets so you don't need to serve guests?
