Review: Roaches, water leaks, wet walls, mold
Review: the hotel is beautiful, the staff helpful....but that doesn't matter. We asked to change to a room with window. 30% more/night so we don't suffocate in mold. It smells horrendous. I simply do not understant such a high review of the hotel. Everything, absolutely everything is so moldy. You can not see it, but you can smell it, it burns my nose. Staying constantly with the window open so we can breathe. The bed is relatively comfortable.

This hotel does not live up to its advertised star rating. Despite being listed as a 4-star property, the quality of the rooms, amenities, and service was far below expectations. The rooms were outdated and poorly maintained, with peeling paint and malfunctioning air conditioning.
Additionally, the staff, while lacked professionalism and efficiency.
Overall, this hotel feels more like a 2-star property.

Review: The hotel is not small and elevators are shiny and fast. The rooms very spacious and beds are very cozy. Wifi is fast, hot water good. The only downside is the water pressure in toilet hang spray is very low and tv is not connected to any channel.
Review: The staffs are nice and kind and willing to serve. Everything is great here but just need to be hurry when u taking shower cuz the hot water may running out during your shower. Overall, this is acceptable for me not only for the prices but also for the staffs who are willing to serve

The hotel is listed in a wrong name. The quality of the hotel is different with the ranking showing in the Agoda reviews which were all comments from the same person.
The floor in the shower room is too slippery that made me fall down. Overall, it’s only suitable for people who wants to have a short stay not good for tourists
