Positive points: The staff was nice and the hotel was close to many attractions.

Positive points: The bathroom was nice

Negative points: Our room was super hot all day long (28 degrees celsius) while it was cold outside. We asked the hotel manager to lower the temperature of our room but apparently somehow this was not possible. We got a fan to use in our room, however got sick in the first week after arriving in korea because of these huge temperature changes between outdoors and inside the hotel. When asking for a compensation we got nothing, the only option that was given to us was to find a different hotel and we would get back our money, but everything was fully booked.rnBad customer support and bad room condition for such a seemingly big hotel. Also they told me the price i paid for 3 weeks in the hotel “was not a lot of money” so I should just accept it? Which I thought was very rude, how can they assume our financial situation?

Positive points: Fresh towels EVERYDAY. Near bus stops, near a park. Hotel staff was accommodating.

Negative points: Not a big problem for me but to some it might matter: they don’t have ironing service even though they have it on the form for laundry.

Review: Cost effective hotel! Satisfied with the hotel and facilities. Location was also 5 mins walk from the sinseol-dong train station. Only downside was that the walls were a bit thin and we could hear people opening/closing their doors and the neighbours talking.

Review: 因为是在小红书刷到这家酒店的好评所以这次去首尔订了这家酒店超级踩雷n首先地理位置不好在新设洞地铁站的10号口还要再走大概10分钟左右才能到酒店 10号口是没有直梯的如果有带行李箱的话只能自己提着上楼梯很麻烦而且酒店周围没有什么吃饭的店只有几家便利店 n房间打扫的不干净入住的时候洗手台还有上一位住客遗留的污渍没清理 n酒店的工作人员态度也不好枕头太低了睡的落枕想多要一个垫高睡觉结果直接被拒绝 n有一天早上八点被酒店工作人员敲门吵醒开门问有什么事情工作人员说敲错了然后就走了连一句抱歉都没有真的太无语了别来住这家酒店太受气了

Review: I recommend IBC hotel to everybody who travel in Korea. It may not be close to any shopping malls, but it is quite and clean hotel. It is comfortable.

Review: This is my go to hotel. Location is convenient, safe, and quiet. Staff are very accommodating. Facilities are good too, specially if you are staying for a long time. Good value for money.
