Review: The hotel is near the market, walking distance and there is a little café downstairs. There is a little kitchen if you need microwave. The staffs were friendly however the room is quite tiny. So make sure if you bring big luggage, it will be too squeeze.
Positive points: A big thank you to the staff member from Uzbekistan for their outstanding hospitality and service. We truly appreciated their sincere apology on behalf of the housekeeping team’s oversight. Their professionalism and strong sense of responsibility deserve recognition.
Negative points: The cleanliness of the room was seriously lacking. Upon check-in, the room was still dirty. On the second day, we requested a full cleaning, but unfortunately, no cleaning was done at all. We hope this matter receives proper attention from the hotel management, as we understand that front desk staff may be exhausted from repeatedly handling complaints caused by the poor performance of the housekeeping team.
Review: Love the stunning view from my room and the reasonable price. Hotel staff was friendly and warm too. location was also very accessible to transport and food!

Negative points: Most taxi driver cannot find the hotel. We need to use our own GPS to help driver.nnSafe deposit box was locked so we cannot use it.nnWe need to change our own towels at the lobby. nnHousekeeping service was 4 times a month. nnShower door lock is not functioning well.

Review: 一开始以为在比较偏的位置，结果去哪都很方便，公交站特别近，房间稍有点挤，两个人住了三人间正好，前台服务人员也特别好，英语沟通完全ok，注意事项也有中文可以看
Positive points: Booked the room with huge bathtube, was very good!
Negative points: It is like a service apartment, u basically have to do most of the cleaning yourself, toothbrush and toothpaste didn't come free!
Review: It is a nice hotel with easy access, room is quite small but i would say still okay for hotel in korea. The hall way has some weird smell, but the room is ok. I would say the room is okay, transport access is near to the hotel too. But it is not located in the main area, so you have to ride bus/ subway to travel. I recommend taking the bus, as it is nearer compare to subway
Positive points: Just as the other visitors have mentioned, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. It was what we needed for a good night sleep. Also the kettle (only 0.8L and very clean) and hair dryer and TV (with what appears like all the tv app options) are new and works well. It has the basics shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Heated seat is wonderful.
Negative points: There are a few things the hotel can do to make the hotel even better - room temperature set point (defaulted at 35C - it can be adjusted at the thermastat or tv remote), rusting body wash wall dispenser, add some teas/coffee to the set up and more than 2 paper cups ( between water and bathroom) and smile more at the front desk (mostly you get ignored when walking by or in the hotel)
Review: In w a quiet neighborhood within a short walk distance going to Gwangjang Market. We loved everything about our stay. You can change your towel everyday and get as many water as you’d like. The front desk staffs speaks really good English so communication was never a problem. Highly recommended if you’d like a quiet neighborhood but near Dongdaemun and Myeong-dong.

Negative points: they don't have daily room cleaning. if you want u need to pay more. room has 1 queen bed, 1 bed but there is no space to put your luggage
