Review: Staff was great, location was excellent for us not too noisy but have a lot of restaurants and coffee outside the hotel. Easy check in and check out via the machine- no hassle at all. The toiletries though are not included in the price like toothbrush you have to buy from a vending machine. Front desk and housekeeping were excellent! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Will definitely come back.

Positive points: Good location, with City Hall Station nearby. Adjacent to Myeongdong and Namdaemun Market, which is about a 10-15 minute walk away. Room is spacious. Location has many restaurants nearby. Can store luggage if you happen to have a flight that leaves later on in the day.

Review: Location of this hotel is great. We were able to find it easily using Naver map. The self check in process was abysmal. There was a receptionist standing behind the counter but never offered any help even though it was obvious that i was having trouble using their machine. I had to literally ask him to give me a hand as i am having difficulties and then he reluctantly assisted. The lighting in the room was also an issue. You can barely see your face in the mirror when trying to do your make up. Poor lighting. Breakfast was not good at all for the price. All they had was scrambled egg, sausage and some veggies for their continental breakfast. Some cereal and bread and coffee. Food was tasteless and couldn’t even find salt and pepper to use. They have free ice and water bubbler as consolation. Overall it was below average stay.

Positive points: We have stayed at Hotel Thomas last year. The room size was enough for 2 people. The location of the hotel was the most important to us. It was convenient for us to get around to different areas of the city. We found a wonderful bakery within walking distance to the hotel.

Review: Excellent location. Very supportive and friendly staff. Rooms are smaller but has all amenities. I forgot to take some belongings before check out and they promptly helped send them to me. Highly recommend.
